I still like Stuart though ( the actor not the character ) people think I'm mad but that's normal ! Lol

I suppose he did set it up - how else would the vandals know where Dot lives? But I do think he genuinely cares for her.

Stuart has turned out to be a fabulous character that we can’t work out. Brilliant actor, goes from making me hate him to making me slightly like him and feel sorry for him in one easy move.

I had a bizarre thought last night that mayb the Rabi wasn’t even real, and that the entire things was set up by Stuart.

I do hope Dr Legg hasn’t died yet, he is a wonderful character and as a viewer since the show started I’m quite sad at the idea of him dying in such emotional pain.

Denny’s drone will have filmed whatever Stuart did. Not sure whether he organised it or not. But the drone was flying overhead at the time.

Stuart is a ' complex' character for sure.
I remember when Nick Cotten became nice and started reading the bible some people were a bit ' he may have turned a corner': of course he hadn't!
Interesting to see what happens.

Stuart is a great character. He has depth and is hard to work out.

He's interesting and makes you want to watch to find out where he's at.

Better than the Slaters hostel where we know the characters and they are so predictable and boring and repetitive.
More interesting than the Brannings.
Even the Carters who use to have a great humour attached to them are all doom and gloom. Shirley and Tina provided light relief and great one liners.
The Masoods were a fun family at one time with comedic lines.
The Beales always carries drama and the Mitchell's carried death threats.

The most other interesting family are Karen's and I also like the drugs storyline.

I miss Tamwar as he was very dry and made me laugh. We need more comedy to lighten the gloom.

Football is silly. Why would kids be there in the square and wouidnt all the adults be working.

Hello - can I join you? I've been lurking here for a while and have been watching Worstenders for forever (just can't seem to give it up!).

With all the kids football filler stuff, I have started wondering if a storyline (Mel and Hunter) has been pulled at the last minute and this is what they have come up with. It just doesn't make sense that they haven't even been mentioned since new year.

You can only join if you are able to produce a floorplan for the Slater house that explains how everyone fits. :)

It is really odd that Mel and Munter have disappeared. You're right - it does seem like something was pulled last minute as no one has ever mentioned them. I can't think what would make them pull it though, I don't think there have been any similar news stories for example. I can't believe they buried the body so well that it's not been found. Plus the car and all the DNA etc.

I wonder if the football is a way to bring Mitch into the square. Or maybe they had a "win a part on eastenders" competition and these are the kids who won.

The Mel munter thing is very odd. Lol at ' win a part in Eastenders'. That competition passed me by.

I’m getting really annoyed at the disjointed Hayley/Slaters storyline. They’ve got the bloke who kidnapped her baby living under her nose and are wondering why she’s fallen off the wagon... it’s like it wouldn’t be a big deal on top of her already clearly struggling for months.

Also the Mel/Hunter storyline is pissing me off, we were left with the implication he’d killed him self, at the very least a gun going off would’ve been heard everywhere on the square and there’s just nothing. Yet we see Jack cheerily walking round not even mentioning Mel.

I think that's the most annoying part. Jack said he would see Mel 9am the next day. So even if Hunter didn't shoot himself and him and Mel ran away Jack hasn't mentioned it.

If Mel and Hunter have gone off, why would they ever return? Well obv they would stroll back in three years time like everyone else. But otherwise they would not come back if there is any likelihood Hunter would be charged for murder.

Phil or Billy havent mentioned the fact that Mel still hasn’t returned to work. She’d have booked time off - up to a month max - after the wedding I suppose.

Hayley needs psychological help after everyone has let her down so badly. Poor thing.

Its very strange about mel & munter!!! If its been pulled that would explain the lack of them but you would at least think they would st least have someone mention them there hasn't even been as much as a poor mel after what ray did to her!!! Yes they would mention her. Honey woukdhave called to see if she was ok. Probably only Honey though as Sharon is away. The rest of the Square wouldn’t care, none of them possess the qualities that ‘friends’ usually have. There are very few female friendships in EE - Michelle and Sharon, Denise and Carmel, Stacey and Ruby. That’s abiut it really apart from Tiff and Bernie who have more than friendship. And every one of those friendships were affected by the men in their lives. I look at my own friends and so many have left, moved to other locations, maybe EE and the complexity and the lack of true female friendship these days is accurate.

Why would they pull the story? Unless one of them was ill? I think it’s more likely they are storing it up and debating where to go next with it? Total lack of consistency with the storylines.

It’s risky leaving a New Years story line hanging like that though. Personally I didn’t give a shit about that pair before and I’m giving less of a shit the longer they leave it in the air. At least the writers are validating my feelings

Do you know I'd forgotten all about Mel and Hunter until now. It seems so long ago now, with not a mention, and the possibility Hunter did kill himself!

Poor Dr Legg. I still find it mind boggling that Stuart is allowed to live in such close vicinity to Mick.

I don't quite know what to say about the Evie/Tiff/gang storyline and development. I'm finding it ridiculous.

I suspect that the drug gang story isn't far from the sort of thing that happens in real life.
