Actually, you rarely see anyone on EE eating take out do you? They go in the cafe or the chicken shop ( or beales, when it's open) but they don't have any delivered. Karen ordered pizzas once I think? The real east end has kebab and curry takeaways everywhere.
They never do a big supermarket shop either!

Horrible Alfie to take a baby away from her loving mum and to leave his three boys!! I'm sure something could have been worked out better than that.

It's gone off the rails a bit lately. Too many new people all at once: stupid story lines and people just doing random things.
The writers are about 20 and still at uni I think! Lol

Suddenly the Square is infested with lowlife! I wish Evie and her crew would move on to somewhere else.

The Evie character is quite good in a similar way to how Stuart is good but the child grooming makes me feel (as a mum) very uneasy.

She is very sinister and I suppose she will now get Tiff hooked on drugs so she will always 'owe' her? Is that how these things pan out? Tiff is looking remarkably like Bianca these days (apart from the body shape obv) but it was good casting.

I am enjoying EE again. I remember before when there were long threads chatting about EE and then Sean O'Connor came along and made it dreary and dull with long running storylines about bins and people stopped chatting about the storylines. I keep logging o n here now as that has completely turned around. Whoever was producing it was doing great (apart from the Mick storyline going on far too long), why did they go?

Infertile Rainie must be pregnant. They went to the trouble of having someone suggest it and her dismiss the idea as ridiculous.

It honestly seems like they read this thread and shove in a storyline they had forgotten about. We mention Bex and oxbridge and suddenly someone refers to it after months of nothing!

I will never know why Abi was ever given over to Max and Rainie, worst stand in parents ever and there are some contenders in this soap.
poor thing had Cora for a while, she couldnt cope with her.
rainie has always been a flaky , bit part character, former drug addict and slept with half the square too ( as has Max) i know i sound very judgey, but i doubt they would be deemed suitable in real life somehow with their backgrounds. i feel sorry for the poor child.
The Uni comment was said by Jack, briefly, he came in and mumbled something about Bex getting into Uni.
Max was too busy stressing out over cakes and presents to take much notice though - and leaving lots of money hanging around in unlocked drawers when the car lot has a safe.
