Although I’m now cutting my own tension by wondering what happens on the beach right after. We clearly won’t see but the kids would surely see them there or the ambulance show or whoever to take her... or does Toadie just bury her in the sand to hide her from them...

I too do wonder what happens afterwards, I don't think they will show it on screen. I think we'll just see Toadie breaking the news to everyone.

I think I’d get Callum to take ge children back to the house somehow bypassing dead Sonia, and get him to send Jade back down to help maybe? It’s definitely a tricky one!

I think for all our sakes they just bypass it. I can't go through seeing Nell seeing Sonya lifeless on the beach nor can I go through seeing a mound in the sand. Surely they have to get her body back though cos I'm sure they'll have a send off for her.
Can Susan perform that? She's performing Mark and Elly's wedding. (Performing is not the word but I can't think of the proper word)

I think Susan does perform it - it was in the "next year" preview at the end of last year. Poor Sonia, it was so sad, she wasn't my favourite either but her acting has been amazing and I'm gutted she's gone.

I know I hardly ever post here - I'm always behind usually but I love reading it when I've caught up. I often read all the posts out to DH. Lol at the pile of sand!

I imagine we will resume tomorrow with either Toadie having phoned ahead before coming back or him telling people.

Jeez what is it with my family? I always quietly watch these things on my own but one of them always manages to barge through the door at the worst moment. This time it was my Dh the absolute second that Sonia died. So I had no time to snort snot tears and howl! It just killed the moment. Honestly! They're all adults, my family!

Then I was angry again seeing the bleedin' Finn waking up "next time on Neighbours"

I'm assuming he quietly picked her up and carried her back to the house, where he met Jade. He called an ambulance and left Jade with Sonya whilst he went to get the kids. Callum would know just from the look on his face but they'd be brave for the kids. Once home Toadie would tell Nell that Momma has gone to fly with the angels to be with and she'd go andgive Sonya a goodbye kiss. They'll all hug clueless Hugo who is thinking about biscuits. Ambulance will collect Sonya, Jade will drive the kids, Toadie will drive alone.

Thanks for that post Sleeping. That made me smile about the biscuits. Oh no I'm crying again now.

Oof. That was very well done but hard going. My family also insisted on barging in and out whilst I tried to wallow in it.

I’m so annoyed that we lose the acting of Eve Morey and instead have to have old lizard lips back. His character sucks, and the actor calls himself RobMillsyMills on social media which tellsytells me all I need to know about him.

Yeah I think I might have smashed my screen in if they'd shoehorned a bit about Andrea in just before Sonia carked it. Presumably they had her tell Shane to avoid that.

Finally sitting down to watch it now. I don't wanna! It feels like when you know a relative is dying & you really don't want to see them like that but feel like you have to be there for them.

I had to wait until half 12 at night to avoid being disturbed! I'm still sobbing 10 minutes after I deleted it because I don't want it to be real turned off the TV. It was just so sad & beautiful & the absolute perfect way for her to leave.

Sleeping, I'm assuming he carries her away too. They got down to the beach without the DC seeing them, I'm sure he can sneak her back up. Although, maybe Callum would see & know but be brave for the little ones. Your comment about what they'll tell Nell - I bet they'll tell her that Mummy's gone to look after Caitlin because Toadie's there to look after Nell & Hugo but Caitlin needed someone to look after her too.

(As an aside, whilst trying to track down that video, I discovered that Harry is "trapped in a loveless marriage" with Meghan, much as his mother Diana was with Charles. So there you go. You learn something new every day. )
