Started to think I was a bit mad for getting so upset over this storyline, but catching up with this thread, so many people are feeling the same. I finished watching Sonya's final episode a few hours ago and still feel really sad. I'm actually meant to be working but feel completely distracted by that episode. I too keep wondering about what happens on the beach after and if they're just going to bypass those details! I'm not going to be able to cope will Carl and Susan's sadness... I keep thinking maybe I'll just skip a week of watching, but I just can't do that. I need to go to the shops and pick up some more tissues!

I have cancer and have followed the story line with trepidation.
I watched the first episode of Neighbours and have seem some dreadful acting, but this was so real. So raw. So close to home. I've held my wonderful husband while he sobbed uncontrollably.. I'm trying to be strong whilst watching my world crumble.
This was fantastic acting, and I commend them for it. 😔
