Ruby’s lemon sponge was a very odd colour

I love veggie haggis too, Graphista. I won one in a raffle once - it was lush!

Much nicer than carnivore haggis.

Lemon - that would explain it - DH dashes to the 'turn over' switch as soon as it ends ! :)

Ruby did the same as Rahul and moistened her sponge with syrup - I think that's the problem if you're stacking cakes.
