I agree DarlingNikita she looked a bit too composed and together for someone who had lost their son and murdered their husband. Especially when talking to the psychologist . I thought there might be a twist due to that but no.

But they were going for the classic femme fatale...red dress in court and all. Then the floorboards 😓 and for anyone who didnt get it the awful closing music spelt it out.

Yes I know what you mean. Probably in shock still - which kind of numbs things out. In fact she seemed in shock for most of the time and everything was slowed down. That haunting music and the slow motion hair movement at the start reinforced her traumatised state of her mind.

She was so normal and natural before she went out with the Alistair and I think she slowing got warn down by him and was losing herself. At the same time she had to cope with her baby alone with no help from him and was sleep deprived. Then the baby died and eventually it dawned on her that he was BAD news. So she got rid and got some peace. It looks like composure, but behind it shock and exhaustion.
