I've just watched the highlights. A great match. The crowd were loving it. Shame Stan had to go but good to see him playing well.

I’m just watching the highlights - I think this is the only way I’m going to see Rafa. His match against Cilic is on at 8pm Canadian time - too late for me

Looks as if it was quite a close match.

I think I must have jinxed Denis.

Fizzy even if you were able to stay up later it would probably be rained off anyway. I think the Rafa/Paire match was the only one I watched that didn't have a rain delay.

I think you’re right Jane I saw a rain delay on the highlights.

Hopefully the final will be on at a more sensible time (for me).

So Anderson v Dimitrov is not v competitive. Peter Fleming said Grigor should ask how much he owes Kevin... for the lesson.

Poor old Grigor hasn't been able to get much going lately. It's a shame, I love watching him.

Private I find Grigor does this, he starts to win things, then loses his way. It's been his problem all along, really- consistency- and now the younger players are coming up, and doing better, earlier. It must be really frustrating.

Just watching tsitsipas v Zverev - it’s the battle of the hair! I think this is going to be future of tennis when the old guard finally move on.

Grigor must be frustrated that he seems to have missed the boat.

Zverev and Tsitsipas do both have great hair

I'm only 'score watching' but i I do like the fact Stefanos keeps going and doesn't get at all phased when the score line is against him.

Tsitsipas has just won the second set tiebreak and Zverev has broken his racquet.

I feel excited about the future of tennis watching these two - maybe it is just the hair Raahh

I really like Tsitsipas, Fizzy. It might be the hair, but I am quite excited by him.

Ooh this match has become brilliant - was v one sided at first. It's making me think yet again how hard tennis players work - eg Tsitsipas had that tough win over Djokovic yesterday and now here he is 24 hours later in yet another battle. It's so full on.

Anyway. Yes I'm a big fan of the flowing locks! I hope these two are the future because this would be a great rivalry. I wonder if Grigor and co have really missed the boat?

Premier League is back and interfering with my tennis viewing

I heard Annabel Croft saying Grigor should see a psychiatrist. Greg Rusedski didn't agree. Also it seems those two were on holidays together!

Yes me too raahh - he played really well against Djokovic yesterday and is doing the same tonight against Zverev (although for some reason the commentators don’t think he’s going to win the match)

Find it hard to believe that he’s only 19. He’s got a nice languid way about him.

I actually do think Grigor probably needs to see a sports psychologist- because I believe he gets complacent when things go well, and just expects results to come to him, if that makes sense. And then they don't. And stroppy.

I do quite like football but I hate the way it takes over everything. Luckily my DH watches rugby which is usually on at some random time (as it's being played in New Zealand/Aus etc). So between us there is usually someone watching sport at an obscure time

I do think that Dimitriv & co have probably missed the boat - either through injury or other issues.

Tsitsipas has just won - the commentators are still amazed - they seem to think that Zverev lost the match rather than Tsitsipas winning it which I think is a bit unfair on Tsitsipas.
