Oh is that what happened. I saw Saturday's episode but missed the one before!

We haven't actually seen what happened just what Alicia told Bea.

I know but I missed the one where she said

Oh maybe it was the one before then. I watched four episodes back to back so I might be confusing them (I know, I'm a saddo).

Ooh I find the woman who was working with Connie so annoying!!!! I can't remember her name. Long day. I'm finding it a bit boring at the moment apparently there is going to be a big shake up soon though.

According to the casualty page on FB - there is a trailer

I don't know why you put that embarrassed face there I'm not ashamed to like the page on Facebook! I love Casualty!

Yes TheOnlyLivingBoyInNewCross has what I meant.

It's that undercurrent belief in all rape cases that if a woman has had sex before, she should be OK with having sex again. As is seem with the picking through in court of a woman's previous sexual history, to use as part of proving why it wasn't rape.

He is aware she said no. He just felt entitled to sex with her. He's now going down the route if preventing her making what he did know, by using the treat of discrediting her, turning the blame on her ("you were my supervisor" etc).

I'm on the FB casualty page; no embarrassment. It's great.

I got the impression that prior to the rape Alicia and Eddie hadn’t already had sex.

She implied that when they’d got back to hers they’d just fallen asleep on the bed due to being drunk and tired and that she woke up to find Eddie trying to get her to have sex, she said no because she’d realised she made a mistake bringing him back to hers, but he carried on anyway.

That was what I thought had happened anyway.

I really hope she reports it and he gets arrested and found guilty.

Too many TV shows include women who are raped but don’t report it, or they do report it but the man gets away with it because there’s no evidence or it’s her word against his etc. It hardly sets a strong example does it to empower women to report rapes.

The Alicia/Eddie storyline can be a really good opportunity to show women that reporting rape can have the right outcome of the man being imprisoned for it.

I really wish I'd not missed that episode where she told Bea

purple - have you tried dailymotion? I’ve found episodes on there before.

I bet there a clip of it on YouTube.

I'm shocked that when Alicia hit Bea that the police weren't called and Alicia immediately suspended. IRL she could lose her registration for that, as well as criminal proceedings.

I want a job in the Holby City HR department. Must be the easiest gig ever - they don't seem to do a thing! No policies, no contracts to draw up...

More signs at the end that we're heading for an Elle/Connie fling.

No I've not heard of Daily Motion is this a site where you can watch what's been on Tele then?

Yes, I generally use it to look for Home and Away eps I’ve missed but here’s some of the Casualty episodes from the current series. It’s useful to know the broadcast date or the episode number of the ep you’re looking for:

WTF just happened?! That's got to be the most gripping episode I've seen for ages! The burns treatment was fascinating - it's one A&E situation I don't know much about, other than basic roll to put the flames out & lots of water. I didn't know anything really about treatment for serious burns, or that someone could arrive at hospital conscious like that but still die. I think I'd assumed she'd be unconscious if her burns were that serious.

For once, I struggled to remember they're not real people tonight. Especially Alicia. Really hoping she survives this crash & sees Eddie brought to justice after breeching his bail & attacking her. There's no way he can talk his way out of that one!

Brilliant episode! That was the quietest my two DDs have been during a t.v. programme for a long time; even their mobiles were untouched Shock
