April is sometimes too much for me. Very 'jazz hands' and a bit unnatural.

They're not always replaced because they're no good. Sometimes it's because they don't want to do it, they want to spend more time at school, or they look too young for teenage stories.

Jane it wouldn't surprise me if that's her plan. She was going on and on about having to plan a budget wedding so maybe she will guilt trip Bob into spending lots of money and then ditch him to teach him a lesson.

I don't really like April. I think she's a bit OTT at times and it comes over as being annoying rather that cute or good acting. Each to their own of course.

I agree that the Bob/Laurel/Brenda situation is ridiculous. The school is obviously a bus ride away so I don't know of any head teacher I've worked for who would be able to leave their school and drive to another village to have lunch - bonkers. Mine have been lucky to have enough time to grab a sandwich!

I'm not surprised April is OTT as she is usually acting with and learning bad acting habits from Master over actor himself Marlon - the kid hasn't a hope.

I think all the Emmerdale child actors are better than Jimmy and Kirsha from Neighbours and Summer from Corrie

Original Gabby always looked 'Muleish' and plotting, IIRC NewHeadGabby came in when the storyline got tougher.

I much prefer NewHeadSarah, the old one always sounded like she had a cold.

Eastenders NewHeadBen (the latest incantation) is the best one . Previous Ben looked too much like David Walliams.

They should;ve kept OldHeadDenny I could've punched him till my hands broke. NewHeadDenny doesn't inspire emotion.

I hope they get someone who hates cheating storylines!

Why do Corrie always take on Emmerdale's producers - they should widen the net a bit. It is rarely a successful strategy.

In that case I'd suggest you avoid Emmerdale for the next two weeks at least! It's a conveyor belt of affairs and the next one is just around the corner!

I love the actor who plays Ross but this acid storyline isn't flowing - maybe because it involves the Dingles. He deserved something better.

Some comic relief would be appreciated but on humour is usually like a pantomime.

The acid storyline is crap because Michael Parr lacks conviction and because Ross's injuries are implausibly tame.

The problem with the acid attack story is that it's not just about that. It's turned into a story about drug dealers, addicts and pimps. The scene where they cut to Debbie and Joe was weird - looked like they had cut a chunk out. And why is Debbie asking Joe how he can live with himself when it's all her fault?

I thought that scene was weird too - what was Debbie doing there? So, Joe pays Simon a couple of hundred grand to prevent Debbie going to prison for the attack and she wonders how he can live with himself???

I suppose the burly pimp will now seek out Ross or perhaps hurt Rona?

Why does Frank (con man and ex con) think he deserves a much more responsible and managerial job than the village residents?

I'm disappointed in Moira. I presume the pimp will be back to get Ross. It's all gone ridiculous.

Couldn't care less about Dan and Amelia. Wish they would clear off. I never liked Ali. Sean was the only decent one in that family and I liked Ruby.

At least Charity's story was interesting and the policeman is a good actor.

The stupid acid attack story managed to get even worse. I'm confused about the new characters and how they fit into it. There's no impact at all in this story.
