Masterchef always encourages me to up my cooking game.

Last night I made this with some flatbreads and followed it with my first attempt at chocolate fondants which DID NOT COLLAPSE and had a molten middle. (Is there a proud emoji!). Definitely recommend the meatball recipe above, delicious.

Agree, Chloe’s pastry looked like it was going to fall apart from the beginning. Sorry to see the Iranian cook go- her food looked really interesting so would have liked to see more of it for inspiration.
