The whole money thing must be linked to the clinic that's been mentioned a couple of times. Plastic surgery? Life saving operation without travel insurance caused by a foolish decision drugs/backstreet abortion?!, hence the secrecy? Her reaction to Faye walking in on her & Leo was odd - "It's not like it's the worst thing you've walked in on me doing!" What's worse than having sex with your boss in his office during work time without even bothering to lock the door?! Has Ma Brennan found her performing a ritual sacrifice?! Eating babies?! Ok, maybe it's not that bad but most people would be at least a little mortified at their mum seeing them in that position! I was quite impressed with her desk-scaling skills that other day though - if I tried that I'd probably spill coffee all over important papers, breaking the mug in the process, struggle to clamber onto the desk, fall off & get a concussion. I wonder if she practiced the manoeuvre beforehand, or perhaps she's just part mountain goat.
The whole concept of the camping trip is ridiculous. Can anyone really see Elly, with her overly tight leather skirt & impractical heels, signing up to take a group of teenagers camping in the bush?
