I have a theory that the test will be negative, Izzy will flounce off for a few months before appearing out of the blue sporting a pillow up her top bump. She'll explain to the super-doctor that it was too early to show up on a test & she knew she'd caused soooo many problems the last time she turned up that she didn't want to come back until she was sure everything was ok with the pregnancy.

I actually think Izzy was being sincere. She's clearly very unhappy and I think she plays up to her role. I also think her abandoning Holly in this instance was about her letting her stay somewhere stable rather then being dragged round by her.
