Yes, Mishti's pregnant but doesn't want to keep it because she's focussing on her career & still has doubts about how trustworthy Leo really is. Leo will get rushed back into hospital where they'll discover that his injuries mean he'll never be able to procreate. Mishti will be left with the dilemma of whether or not to allow Leo his one shot at being a dad. She'll eventually agree but then be horrified when it's twins. Something will go wrong along the way & they'll lose one of the twins resulting in Mishti realising how much she loves the baby & she & Leo will have a super quick wedding, probably by the lake, & will be blissfully happy for a couple of months before one of them cheats or moves away for an unlikely reason.
