I think David is a good character, the actor is very good. Think the Josh character is good too. The storyline in itself is imo fine.

One of the problems is that so much is supposed to have happened to that one family. Only recently there's been Callum's murder and burying him, Kylies stabbing, the grooming of Bethany followed by her lap dancing, Shona being Claytons mum. It's too much.

I agree that JS did well. David will probably have a lot more sympathy for Bethany now given Josh's mind games. I hope David decides to enact one of his evil revenge plans.

Who knew that the Platt house had such a fancy and modern bathroom - mahoosive shower! talk about expanding walls.

Leanne and Pete looked more of a fit behind the bar than Toyah but Steve being behind it was so right.

Eva and Toyah hadn't discussed or found out the legalities of handing over the baby yet and does Eva or Toyah really think they can all just continue to live together with Toyah playing mum to Eva's child - it is just too, too ridiculous a plot.

Omg the Eva Toyah baby storyline is such a load of crap.

It's beyond stupid. It might have actually been a good story Eva being in love with Adam but pregnant by her ex.

Where are they going with it?

I’ve always loved David Platt. I Can’t stand the rest of his family but David is brilliant. He has a fantastically dry sense of humour and I love the way he calls his Mum Gail.

Eva's baby is a crazy storyline. Is she just going to keep a handbag in front of her until she gives birth in the back room, hand the baby it over to Toyah then go and get some crisps?

Yes Steve behind the bar just felt so right, please get him and Liz back in charge! Though I have grown to Like Liz and Moira at the medical centre, and while I’m on a roll Corrie writers please get rid of that over grown toddler with mummy issues Ali, no one cares!

Josh really should have done his research when looking for his victim. Does he not realise that David has form for being a complete and utter psycho?! There is going to be some almighty revenge plot.

Sky has wiped my planner and I'm a month behind, what have I missed? (If anything!) I've watched Fridays episodes and have yesterdays recorded so just need a tiny round up until that point!

If I remember, Gail's Richard was planning to murder Emily for some kind of false investment cash.

Emily was babysitting for Maxine's child, whose name I can't remember. Richard bashed Emily over the head but Maxine came home mid-murder so he went after her and battered her with a metal bar as well. Maxine died but Emily survived.

He had already murdered his ex-wife by this point. I think he hit her with a shovel.

Just after he killed Maxine he found out he'd come into some money anyway, so he didn't need to murder anybody.

He also tried to murder Audrey I think, before he attacked Emily and Maxine but after killing his ex-wife. I think he set fire to her house.

I think Eva will hand the baby over but will end up back with Aidan and wanting her daughter back off Toyah and they'll have some kind of custody battle. Possibly with Peter stepping in and giving the baby back, which will ruin his relationship with Toyah but kick off another Leanne / Carla triangle.

Was anyone else shouting "Don't throw them away!" when David was chucking his clothes into the wheelie bin?

And doesn't anyone else think Toyah has a predatory kind of air about her as far as the baby's concerned?
