Come on Corrie writers! Get a grip! This is the thread to moan about the utter tosh that we end up watching, or in some cases to praise the actors because some of them are actually pretty good! Let's discuss!

I think that the barman (Andys mate) will eventually tell the police what happened a few hours beforehand.

I reckon Cilla will turn up.at the wedding tonight. Didn't watch this weeks as the Phelan yawn fest is still going on..and on..

I think Eileen was demanding Phelan fix the door so she could have a look inside his toolbox (not a euphemism ) because Seb said the murder weapon (hand gun) was in there.

I doubt Cilla will turn up at the wedding because Fiz is meant to be caring for her (she's off at the I'm a Celebrity Jungle thingy at the moment). Daniel might show up to create the usual drama on the wedding day. Or either Chez or Sinead will get cold feet and call it off at the last minute. It's a wonder anyone ever manages to get married in Corrie with all the interruptions at every wedding. I could see Cilla and Beth being best mates if they met

I think it was a very odd move to have Todd disappear with Summer; it makes the whole scenario difficult to explain. They could have found a convincing reason for Todd to suddenly disappear, but to take the irritating child with him makes it quite bizarre; and there seems to be no effort being made by the police to trace her whereabouts.
It's almost as if the script writers panicked and made up something on the spot to explain Todd's absence.

AGree Todd could left billy over confession and could given Summer to Eileen in short term. Summer would quickly worked out something was up. She was close to Billy why would she not ring him even from a call box ?

Just seen the actress who plays Maria outside our John Lewis store! Didn't say anything to her as she was struggling to get her toddler to put his coat on......

You could have just mentioned that it's all Phelan and get her to call the Police! Far more important than a toddler's coat.

They should have Cilla turn up at the wedding wearing the same tacky outfit as Beth and Liz

I can't even remember what Cilla looks like. I get Cilla, Beth and Janice Battersby all mixed up.

Cilla turning up in the same dress as Beth would be brilliant and would bring a bit of humour that corrie should have in it.

When Chesney does that kind of smile/grimace there's a huge distance from his lower lip to his chin.
