I knew 100% that the sisters would fall trying to save their dad and it would end on a cliffhanger and I knew Abby would end up braindead in a coma while they try to save the baby. It's just so predictable. Looking forward to the Phil/Auden/Vincent malarkey though, get some proper action in it for once

Kandice seems a cliche ( although Karen has grown on me a bit) and Bernie has gone from being decent to being manipulative and not very nice in 3 months.

I dont think that i've heard a soap character in EE have such a true / wonderful speech as Martin's one was.

I get the feeling last night was the wrapping up of the whole JWB ruining the square plot, which means poor old Luke is destined to be tied to a chair forever, they really need someone to work on continuity of their plot lines. The Karen loan story was just utter tosh, getting court approved balifs takes longer than from xmas eve to now & as far as I know the only debt you can go to prison for is council tax, not dodgy loans! It’s as if the people writing this have literally no knowledge of the outside world at all

Anyway Abbie can die in the knowledge that she is the favourite sibling, she's the only one that had parents at her bedside apparently. Although she wouldn't have been there if Lauren hadn't pulled off while falling.
I never understood her insistence that Lauren was the favourite though. Abbie was always the golden child, Lauren only got noticed when she revealed her dad's affair or started going out with Peter.
