Leave her in a coma for 13w and cs

or cs now and then turn off machine

Would TANYA seriously take off when both daughters in hospital

Why hasn’t lauren mentioned josh

Why havnt we seen Luke tied up

Why did fi give cafe to Kathy for £1 yet the pub for £150k

Obv the heist was for £150 so mick will do that

And if they sold for £150 what did they do with he other £100k after dog op and paying credit cards off and roof leak

The robbery will either be fine or not happen - they can’t lock up all those characters so surely they can’t get caught?

Ollie has disappeared, both parents are often in the pub serving or whatever and there isnt any sign of him.
Dot has gone to the Mumbles in South wales to be with family and has been gone for months. having a lovely time , no doubt. Missing all the drama on the square.

Riley and Chatham are with their dad a lot as Karen often says where they are. Dee was Pearl's nanny for a while, but that has stopped now i assume.

Sharon and Phil are NEVER with Denny anymore. They seem to be permanently in the Vic, where Sharon necks copious amounts of white wine as her recovering alcoholic husband looks on. Denny can't be at home on his playstation all that time, surely?

Have often thought the same thing about Olly and the lack of stair gates in the Vic, too Grin.

Also - where is Lou?

Useless characters that need to go:

Tina (agree - she's sweet, but no decent story lines)
Sonia - seems to have functioned solely as Square Nurse for the last 6 months
The ould couple - snooze
Carter boy that got shot who's name I can't even remember
Karen's younger kids (a permanent move to 'their dad's', hopefully...)
Jack's Nanny - either get her a juicy storyline or get her out

And whats the point of bringing in S Club girl? Its not like Blue boy lasted long enough to make any sort of mark.

To be fair on Linda and the baby gate situation at the vic, I don't baby proof either and there are plenty of other parents who don't so maybe she's one of themGrin

Louis was trapped in the car presumably on the night Lauren and Abby fell off the roof? He was bundled into the car by Tanya who went straight to the hospital along with all the other possible babysitters? Poor kid must have been bored and freezing!

The new writers have a habit of not finishing storylines and not thinking them through properly, it's all a bit far fetched isn't it.

Just rewatching last episode. Why has Max suddenly decided to right all the wrongs and all his hatred seems to have disappeared?

For such deep running feelings to disappear overnight because his girls are in hospital, also doesn't seem to ring true to me...

We were away for the whole of Christmas week and only got home yesterday, so spent last night and tonight watching all the recorded episodes!

My favourite moments were Ian hurtling out of his front gate to do a proper flying rugby tackle on Max, that was gold: Kaffy grabbing JWB by the jewels: Martin's amazing "you chose this" speech: and Cora pulling back her arm and putting every ounce of strength into slapping Max right in the mooey. I admit I feel for Jake Wood a bit, he spends most of his working day crying.

EE is not perfect right now, but I do think that it has massively improved - I've spent much more time annoying DH by gasping in shock and awe or saying "NOOOOOOO" at appropriate times lately, there hasn't been much to exclaim at this year apart from the drivel that was the storylines. I'm prepared to forgive them a few plot holes as the new writers get back on track and tidy up this shit pile...

Somebody mentioned Karen's teeth in the last thread, isn't that the result of thumb-sucking in the teeth development years with no later correction? I don't know, I'm not a doctor or a dentist, just idly wondering. I like Karen and her onesie, and her forward roll over the bar was inspired.

So do you think there is no chance Abby will recover? Tbh it's highly unlikely that anyone would have survived that fall from the Vic. Least of all the poor unborn baby. Is Max going to take care of Abby's daughter? He'll have to stop womanising!

Abby won't recover - there's no coming back from brain death.

I can't imagine anyone would hand the baby over to Max considering he was suicidal, never mind when everything else comes out about him.

Part of me would like Lauren to have the baby but seeing as Lauren is departing I can't see it happening seeing as baby will probably be in special care for a while.

I guess that leaves Tanya and Cora, or adoption. I imagine Tanya will have the baby.....not that she will ever appear during the process. The baby will just disappear from our screens one day and we'll be told Tanya has been to collect it.

I hope Stacey reappears soon because I feel sorry for Martin. He deserves better than Stacey but I want to see him reunited with the children.
