Not saying what it is, but ITV have just confirmed a character's exit that happens in dramatic circumstances. Why would they do that? Don't they realise that viewers like surprises?

Todd's scar is from that time he got attacked and blamed all his family because they hadn't turned up to meet him.

It does seem like Baby George is allergic to flowers...but surely one of the doctors would have picked up on it being an allergy by now...? But then this is Corrie I suppose.

I commented on Todd's scar, because it comes and goes. Later on in the episode it had disappeared again.

re Todd's scar. Sometimes it's more noticable. I wondered at the time when they had that story about him being beaten up it was because he has a scar in real life & they got tired of trying to hide it with makeup. Seemed odd to me that they would deliberately chose to give him a scar knowing the problems it could cause in the make-up dept.

Yes, I've wondered if the scar is real too. I can't believe that a programme that can forget about illnesses like MS and cancer would remember to keep painting a scar on an actor's cheek for years.

Timely update: I've just clicked onto the news to see that Bruno Langley has pleaded guilty to sexual assault (so that is why he was sacked rather than suspended), but interestingly there doesn't seem to be any sign of a scar. Corrie in continuity shocker!
