Bucking the trend somewhat I think Corrers is cooking on gas. You just have to have the right attitude of amused accommodation/suspension of disbelief for the writers tasked with the 100 mph storylines. I think the actors and actresses are doing a sterling job with the material they have.

Why would Fizz not take girls? Why wouldn’t Ty drive them up on Christmas Day?

Oh it was dire tonight, couldn't they have Fiz Tyrone and the girls go on holiday over Xmas what mother would leave her children at Xmas to go and look after her horrid abuse when growing up mother? And have they never heard of cars that go on motorways they can visit Christmas Day.

I'm fed up with Phelan and Anna too dragged on so long. I keep saying I'm giving it up but I never do.

Try going cold turkey for a bit sweetkitty and see how you get on! I gave up watching in April and just read the posts on here instead - they're more entertaining and I lose less time of my life

I don't watch any more either, but had read about Fizz going to look after Cilla for Christmas and agree how implausible that is. Surely they could have had her just going for occasional days, and then 'off-screen' for the rest of the time. Plenty other characters disappear for weeks on end for no reason at all. I don't suppose Chesney's going too, either

I mean confused why Fiz went to where ever she went few weeks ago- then came back again to just go. If she’s just going in jungle now why the two trips away? Not like anyone notice for few wks is it?

How is Ty going manage? Surely would have given up 24/7 child minder once she lost her job. So how is he going cope two weeks no wages? Or will he dump them on sinead for Xmas?
