I agree that we haven’t seen the last of Gary. Why did Tim keep looking at Pelan funny? If he had his doubts about him surely he would’ve scooped fay up and took her home?

Guessing he knows full history then all sudden Anna’s in prison and Gary’s dead. Agree I’n reality she would have gone to Tim’s. Are we supposed believe P Is clothing and feeding them both out of goodness of heart?

No, I agree it's surely too ridiculous that Phelan could stretch to the Ukraine. I think Gary has faked his own death and that's why he really went to the Ukraine, not to get money to send to Nicola. I presume he'll be back (for Christmas?), but I'm not quite sure what to do...

Yes, Gary faking his own death sounds very feasible. And I think he will play a part in Phelan's downfall. The bit I'm looking forward to is seeing Eileen's face when she finds out the truth.

I think Tim trusts Eileen but has his doubts about Phelan (does he know about Anna sleeping/being raped by Phelan?) You would have Faye sleep on the sofa rather than live at Phelans IRL.

The trouble is that Faye is so awkward and stubborn, she would probably refuse. Wouldn't envy Sally having to live with her either! It does seem unlikely that Eileen would be happy to have her living with them, though.

It is so unrealistic with Faye (and others) flitting from place to place whenever the mood takes them. Where is all Faye's stuff? She can hardly have taken all her clothes etc. to Eileen's. She must be going somewhere (Kevin's?) for clean knickers. With Anna in prison is Tim giving her dinner money and fares?

But you would never forgive BF if they did that or your ex husband- father of your child. If he was single fair enough but even then his poor mum and sister. He may be laying injured with memory lose then turn up xmas day... that is more plausible!

I like Gary. Infact i like most of them.

I just don't like it how storylines are forgotton. That's insulting.

I don't like Sophie for some reason. I can just imagine the actress that plays her is very similar to sophie in RL.

I thought George had a bad reaction last time after he'd eaten strawberries? Have the writers already forgotten this and replaced them with bananas?

I'm just remembering that Mary gave George some banana ages ago, she wasn't supposed to give him solid food because he was still being breastfed, he ended up in hospital and that's when pnd was first mentioned by a nurse on the ward and Angie told them she was fine, she was just tired, they couldn't explain why George was sick at the time.

So when he was sick last time I thought maybe he was allergic to her perfume but another poster pointed out he was being fed by Beth in the florist so it could have been that.

Now we're back to bananas.

Given he’s only been on solids for a few weeks surely it would be the first thing they would check? He can only be on a handful of foods. Plus if he got ill that quick he would still have banana in his mouth.

See, if he had faked his own death (I'm warming to this!), the St Christopher was an easy way for him to confirm it. Plant the St Christopher at the site of the explosion and they'll think it's him! Presumably he had to blow up some poor other bloke, but they'll gloss over that somehow, I'm sure. I just can't work out how it's going to benefit him - will he get himself declared dead and then come back and kill Phelan and they won't be able to charge him because he's technically dead?

This whole Jude hating Mary storyline is awful. He is a grown ass man. He had a good upbringing, good education, settled with a family and good career, he was all sweetness and light when he arrived, a well rounded individual. Now all of a sudden he can’t understand why a 14 year old rape victim didn’t fight for the child she had taken from her against her will 30 odd years ago! Are we supposed to believe this sudden change of personality where he hasn’t the wit he was born with?
