It amazes me-they can produce a huge number of components for their meal in the amount of time it takes me to do beans on toast (though in my defence I do butter the toast as well - that takes more time, doesn't it?)

Me an' all Halsall -my DH had a Mallen streak when he was young now he has no hair at all, but not now.

I wonder if Gregg's wife has given up telling him not to embarrass her.

I know a mallen streak is a grey streak but I don't get any other reference. Maybe it's because I'm so young!
