Wasn’t Dan Fitzgerald the school counsellor at some point? I think I’d have had a LOT of problems that I needed to talk through if he’d been my school counsellor. Well until he got with Libby and became the most boring person ever.

Yeh I liked Libby with Lucas too. I wasn’t very fond of Dan when he was with Libby and especially through the whole surrogacy thing. I’m still hoping there is a plotline where he gets run over by a bus so Steph can have Adam

Argh! Got to the end of the spoilers on DS which means a month without Neighbours. At least this is the last year with a gap.

It was while at the altar marrying Annalise that Mark realised he wanted to be a priest so that is why he ditched her. I seem to remember him staring at a cross or stained glass window? The scene just kept switching between it and his face as he was making that realisation

I also remember an incident with mark in the holy roll where he dropped a knife and it missed injuring him by millimetres and he thought it was god.

Me and my dad still refer to any utensil dropping incidents as a ‘holy roll Incident’

I’m in the process of catching up. When Mark inevitably losses his job, what do you think his next job will be? PE Teacher? A yoga master at the wellness centre? A mechanic?

He can join Aaron in the shed with his planks. He and Mishti would effectively swap jobs.

I was thinking today that it is a shame Josh died as that would have been the perfect job for him. Then I remembered he wasn’t a real person.

Mark will work at Erinsborough High, as they all do at some time.

Maybe he’ll set himself up as a marriage celebrant so that he can marry all the people she refuses on ethical grounds. He loves a good wedding.

Actually no he doesn’t. He loves the idea of a good wedding but can’t get on board with the reality. And he’s at least twice as judgy as Susan. Still, most weddings in Neighbours get called off. As long as he insists on a non-refundable deposit he could do quite well. He could even hire out his old engagement rings to would-be grooms who look like they might not make it down the aisle.

He was a mechanic briefly on his return but apparently he was an abseiling instructor when he was in the safe house. Can you imagine how boring he would make it? Extra health and safety instructions, nagging you on the way down.

If he doesn’t become a celebrant then maybe he can have a jewellery shop near grease monkeys. Near where Elly had a wobble but nothing came if it. Come to think of it nothing came if her ex transferring her money either. I forgot we had the Neighbours unrelated scenes period. Sheila and Gary are continuing the pointless secret plot period. I wonder if it’s set writers or producer leading it.

And where is Dee?

I'm hoping that the return of Dee will be the "Christmas Cliffhanger", as surely they can't leave it much longer? That clip of her in a white dress (plus huge handbag) was ages ago now.

Fantastic! I don't understand why the Neighbours high heid yins haven't approached us and asked us to write for them. I reckon we could do a week of episodes in a day - more if we have gin for breakfast and get especially creative.

Oh God imagine the plots I'd us lot were locked somewhere with gin and cake !!

Karl: in sorry Tyler, despite my specialist is every facet of medicine, I can't explain the rash. I can only conclude you mist be allergic to clothes. I recommend you get a large pouch for you play friend and otherwise walk around clothes free. Also get in and out of the shower or pool a lot with your hair down - the water will help.
