I'm sure there are many planning to watch this tonight but I can't see a thread, apologies if there is one.

Looks promising with good acting stock. I'm already worried about the implications for real life reporting and conviction rates if the female is lying. Got a feeling it won't be that black and white though.

We've just watched he first episode recorded from last week and the first thing I said to OH was that I bet that it was her ex who let himself in after the date left. But it seems she's convinced it's him.

I'm thinking he did it, I think the whole wife committing suicide, taking an overdose and there being reports of domestic incidences happening maybe a key factor. What if he has some kind of black outs where he does things he doesn't have a clue about.. he just seems so calm and collected about it all.

I know my opinion is coloured by the fact that I love Ioan and there's something I find offputting about JF. I really can't stand her character in this. She definitely comes across to me as unbalanced. Putting it on FB like that way would surely jeopardise the case?

I'd say she was lying but due to the fact that so many women are already deterred from reporting rape I think (I hope) the tv company would think it irresponsible to go with that so I don't think it will be the case.

I think it's the ex too. He could be planting the stuff about the suspicions. She had completely jeopardized the trial by putting It online. It would be unlikely they would find an impartial jury.

JF has already played a rape victim and the rapist got his comeuppance. So there must be some twist/ extra dimension to this? Or why would she take the job. She's not short of offers gets a lot of work in USA.

Surely the police would have warned her - do not put anything on social media! It could backfire, badly.
