Well, way back at the start, I wanted Muguruza, or Halep to win. Though I could have name about 6/7 with a pretty good chance.

I've just realised () they have 2 American commentators. I get that Spanish ones are probably hard to come by, and not on their books- but how biased is that?

Amazing first set, but crushing second. Tennis can be such a cruel sport.

I have CFS (mild), so I know a bit about fatigue issues. It looks like Venus completely ran out of energy to me.

Congratulations to Garbine, but I'm sure even she would have preferred to win a much better match than that.
