Billie-Jean is funny. I loved her purple and green glasses the other day. I think she is probably quite hard work, yes, in a loud American Aunt kind of way. I don't think she liked Kim Clijsters being on the left the other day during the interview at the beginning. When we saw them next, Kim was on the right, and looking a bit fed up .

I saw that match, Jane it was hilarious, that bit. Clijsters is lovely.

wish Berdych had won. tried his best though, and the mens semis (ooer, missus!) were more exiting than the womens.

and STILL the women getting same prize money yet not playing 5 set matches. seems unfair to the men. .

don't really care who wins today, not keen on either player.

I loved Chris and Sue reminiscing the other day- it was so genuine, not at all 'lovey' or name dropping. They clearly are friends, and know each other well.

Countdown is on! I would love Venus to win, but the main thing is a good match. Then men's doubles and ladies' doubles finals afterwards.

Mixed doubles final is tomorrow, for whoever asked. A great way to finish the tournament.

I'm shallow, I know......but watching Chris Evert just now I wondered if she's had something done to her face. She looked different.

I really like Muguruza, she's very smiley, and the pictures the other day of the smoke alarms going off the house she is sharing with Martinez were funny. But as , Tracy says, she has had a difficult year.

I'm not really a fan of either Williams sister, I get what they've done for the sport, I am in awe that Venus has come back after everything she has been through. But she is way too intense, for me. It's not fun watching- apart from when she plays doubles with Serena. She relaxes then.

I disagree about the prize money. The majority of men's matches are 3 or 4 sets, and quite often, the women play just as long or even longer if they have a 3 set match. I wouldn't be surprised if Garbine Muguruza has spent as long on court as Roger Federer through the tournament, for example (I don't know for sure, but I know she's had a few long matches compared to straight sets all the way so far for Federer). It's only in the Slams and Davis Cup that it's best of 5 for the men. Maybe changing to best of 3 for the men all year around would solve the equal pay and some of the injury issues? Just my take on it.

Creme I hate when the tournament ends, but the mixed is always a fun way to end it.

Raah and everyone else, the week after Wimbledon is always one of the worst of the year for me. I feel so lost. I'm sure it's the same for all of us here.

So should Federer get less prize money for the rounds he's won so far because he can win in three sets rather than five? And should Usain Bolt get a smaller gold medal than Paula Radcliffe because he can win his event in under ten seconds whereas hers took a couple of hours?

Yes forget that day in January that's supposed to be the most depressing. Everyone knows it's post-Wimbledon Monday that really is. I hate it!

The Only I don't think you can compare them, it's apples and oranges, but- consider this- the year of the Mahut/Isner match, Mahut walked away with the same prize money for his efforts as many players, who lost 6-1, 6-2. And there were a few. . You can see why people think it's not really right.
