Life On Mars. How do you reckon it will end?

I think Sam will wake up in the ITU and eventually go to find Cartwright, Hunt and the others, as they are now.

There'll be a lovely scene with Cartwright experiencing Deja Vu when she meets him.

I need to get out more, don't I?

I saw an interview with John Simm (ooh, young man) where he said the last episode was v complicated, "like Lord of the Rings, in an hour". Whatever that means!

If he doesn't wake up, he'll find god (incredible shrinking man or quantun leap )

and if he does, all those characters will exsist in real life around his hospital bed (doctors,nurses,cleaners,techs et al). And they will all live happily ever after.
