A sudden flurry of posts following Cal's death has brought us to the end of the last thread. So let's continue as we were - there's so many unanswered questions. Have we seen the last of Gem as she heads back to incarceration? How will Charlie and Duffy cope with Robyn and the baby? Who is next in line to be stabbed? Will the illegal strike continue now that Cal isn't there to lead it? And most of all, will Ethan be reunited with his specs?

Gem handed herself into the police last April after running over Lily, and I dont think she was seen or mentioned again. Now she is suddenly back with Iain and has a job as a porter out of thin air?! Also this whole blog thing, anyone can start a blog but it doesnt mean that you are going to get an automatic audience. How has everyone just happened to stumble upon Alicias blog?

hopefully Dylan and Connie come back soon, i dont think Ethan is a strong enough character to be the lead for so many weeks

I actually liked last night's episode! It does grate that Ethan has risen so quickly through the ranks but it's eye opening to learn how much certain tests can costs. I liked the storyline with the foster family though. I wish it were that easily resolved in real life.

I'm really not loving it anymore, I can't stand Robyn, Duffy and Charlie get right on my tit ends, Elle gives me the rage and Louise needs to just sod off!!

I can't stop watching though, I've watched it for over 30 years!!

Is anyone watching the 2011 episodes airing on Drama right now? They're available to stream on uktvplay too, there's about 20 episodes up.

Some familiar storylines going on... unpopular decisions from clinical lead, the opening of a new CDU, even a reformed racist with a swastika tattoo! Uncanny!

A lot of the characters are miles better than who we've got now but I can't stand Adam, don't remember having an issue with him when these episodes originally aired but he's so boring. No idea why all the women seem to fall head over heels for him.

Yes Tristan Gemmill is in Corrie now.

A lot of the good characters were killed off (Polly, Jeff) but I'd love to see Lenny, Yuki, or Dixie back. Or Nick Jordan - he's still kicking now, he's working with Zoe in America, so clearly the brain tumour issue was either cured or forgotten about!

I like Ruth a lot too - Georgia Taylor is a lovely actress, I loved her in Law and Order UK too.

Nice to see Dylan back, and with a slightly softer edge at times too. Ethan was a bit better today too.

Georgia Taylor is dire in Corrie but perhaps that's the script. Didn't see her in Casualty as it was before I started watching.

Took me a while to realise AA lady was Will's mum from Inbetweeners and Renholm's wife from IT Crowd. Thought she looked good despite the drinking!

Good to have Dylan back by I'm interested to see if they go further with his storyline and continue showing AA or if in typical casualty fashion he will be recovered next week.
