It is fun trying foods from different places. Pretty limited to Chinese/Indian/pizza where I live now but I've had in the past: scots(of course), Welsh, French, Belgian, Dutch, German, Liberian, Mauritian, Norwegian, Swedish, Canadian, Polish, Czech, authentic Italian (meaning not spaghetti hoops or uk version of spag Bol ), Ghanaian, Liberian...

Sometimes elements from places very far apart geographically are more similar than you'd expect.
