Just to clarify I didn't like Toadie taking Nell as in "good for you, Toad!" but as in believable behaviour. Moving through different stages of the car crash of his life at the moment.

Amy nicked Ganesh for guidance, this is what she needs to confess to Jack.

Sonya simply fell over and cut her chin, it's just a big ol red herring.

David and Leo are not related, one of the fraternal twins was swapped as a baby. That or neither of them are Paul's. Thinking the second is slightly less likely, as the cray mum seems not the type to sleep around.

Leo and Amy will get back together (as not related)

After, Mark saying he loves her he will swindle it to get her off DUI charges

But the new family has a police person or something like that who will challenge him

Love the idea Leo and David not brothers and not related to Amy so no blood transfusion or tissue match apart from randomly Jimmi is match but Amy doesn't let him cos of some weird reason that I can't think of atm

Finn's secret friends bit was so creepy. I think at some point Ben will attempt to save her. Whoever said that this will all. Just be evil personality due to the aneurysm I think is spot on.

Elly is a bitch, not a fan but I quite like her character being there as she's so un-Neighbours. Especially when she first turned up and was just throwing shade in people.

I agree that Sonya drove the ute but I think the older daughter will get the blame after the mum finds out the statue was there. She already thinks her daughter stole it. Amy will have to come clean about stealing it. If Mark does try to cover up for Sonya it'll be a complete personality transplant for him - he wouldn't protect Tyler or Paige regarding the whole Tomato affair.

I think part of the reason that Finn is keeping Xanthe close is because she knows about his aneurysm & if he cuts her off she might tell someone about it in a misguided attempt to look out for him. Plus, she comes in handy with the information she gathers for him!

I especially liked the part where none of the backpackers were capable of helping Leo to lift an Ikea Kallax off David, they all had to go and help evacuate the remaining guests and the twins had to wait until Tyler handily arrived home from his trip. Only main characters can lift shelving.

Didn't Xanthe glance at the name at the chart Karl was holding after the nurse told Karl the patient had discharged himself? The lack of any scenes about Susan publicly and loudly musing about Finn to Karl over coffee at Harold's suggests they're going to sidestep Karl knowing about Finn. Which is a shame as it would be good to see Karl unable to tell Susan about Finn. Except Karl missed the part of training where patient confidentiality is an ethical issue so it wouldn't even be a dilemma. Karl's never around when Susan has her discussions with Ellie about Finn though.

I agree the scene where Steph first talked to Sonia about her relapse was v well done. I'm liking Steph at the moment. And channelling all my Brad-loathing into Jack now Brad's gone. I find them quite alike.

Tyler must have left really early to get there not long after 7am, before the ambulance was on the scene.

It's not even one big bookcase on David. Maybe Leo needs to go work out with Aaron if he can't even manage a bit of mdf.

I was v amused watching Leo attempt to lift the bookcase. If someone was trapped underneath, I could lift one of those & I'm 5', pregnant & can't remember the last time I lifted something heavier than a cup.

Yes, the lack of Karl looking pained while suggesting to Susan that she "should take it easy on Finn because he may have things going on she doesn't know about" is weird. I suppose he's been a bit busy recently with the number of residents being rushed to hospital. He's probably not been home for weeks!

Yes in fairness to Karl he finally had some help after single-handedly running that hospital for so long and being the only doctor in the borough (not forgetting having to pop to London to be the only doctor there when Toadie got injured) and then David gets injured himself and Clive has disappeared again already. And he can no longer rope Ben in to help him at work after all.

David and/or Piper need to recover fast, they only have those two rooms at the hospital and Paige should be in for some more drama no doubt shortly.

Agreed, horizon - I, too, am pushing my Brad-loathing in Jack's direction now... it's such a ludicrous situation.
Today's episode really took the biscuit: oh yes; the real hypocrisy here is the ££££ changing bag and not the fact that you are a Catholic priest! Am sure the Paige / Mark lines will get blurred soon, before he moves on to the new Rebecchi sister-in-law cop woman.

Poor Paige. Understandably has unresolved father issues so ends up with similar man with stratospheric levels of self-absorption. I hope she has a proper Road to Damascus soon but they probably want the father/Father thing to run and run...

The former policewoman with PTSD should rediscover her love of her career shortly (once they've sourced a new vest for her) so she and Mark can have lots of angry/clashing scenes as cop partners. Mark likes love triangles almost as much as babies so maybe she and Leo can start going out properly soon to keep things busy.

Finn is a dodgy piece of work. What exactly is his game plan? So he genuinely has an aneurysm and he wants to be principal. What is his reason for pretending to be in love with Elly, or is that genuine? I'm confused. Why is he getting Xanthe so involved?xx

I'm not usually one to fight Paige's corner, but I hated Jack even more than usual today. Heaven forbid Paige should be allowed to enjoy receiving a special present from an absent parent, having just been abandoned by her other two. (And ugh, hand-clasping even while straddling the sofa! Wish he would follow the advice given in the Bible and cut them off as self-flagellation for sinning.)
