Previous Homeland thread - new thread for the sake of inter-episode tidiness.

Someone has fed CPS details on Carrie, has to be Dar.

ZilphasHatpin · 12/03/2017 22:23

How have any of them managed to live to the age they have?? They are all so trigger happy and back stabbing!

Lweji · 12/03/2017 22:25

Now Saul gets into the body in the trunk cliché.

TheSpottedZebra · 12/03/2017 22:25

Shock Dar abused Quinn? And others?

Lweji · 12/03/2017 22:27

The good thing is that Quinn could take Dar out with that info.

It looks like an afterthought by the writers, though. I wonder if it will have an impact later on.

BitOfFun · 12/03/2017 22:28

Carrie is a complete disaster zone, isn't she?

Hassled · 12/03/2017 22:28

Dar is such a bitch.

With each gulp of vino we edge ever closer to a Wall of Crazy...

intheknickersoftime · 12/03/2017 22:29

Brilliant scene with Dar and Quinn.

TheSpottedZebra · 12/03/2017 22:32

Yes, Carrie, drunk dialling the President elect* and emotionally blackmailing her with her dead son is a great plan.

  • And why did Saul infer that it is the PE who has the power, and not the actual president?
TheSpottedZebra · 12/03/2017 22:32

Even Dar's gloves are evil.

ChardonnayKnickertonSmythe · 12/03/2017 22:33

This isn't good.

Lweji · 12/03/2017 22:33

The sad thing is that Carrie is probably being targeted primarily for working for the President. And she won't move a muscle because it's "unethical" to interfere with "justice".

ZilphasHatpin · 12/03/2017 22:34

So dar is a paedophile? And a child snatcher.

intheknickersoftime · 12/03/2017 22:34

The scene with Dar and Quinn, he referred to him as a dirty old man. Dar then said "we're all beautiful when we're young" and "i never forced myself on anyone". He has such a hold on Quinn.

Lweji · 12/03/2017 22:35

This episode was all about "Dar is evil" and "Saul is good". Wink

Unless they have a huge twist at the end, where they show that Saul was an evil mastermind and Carrie was a side casualty.

ZilphasHatpin · 12/03/2017 22:36

My heart breaks for Quinn. He has had such a bastard of a life from when he was just a boy. He needs a break.

ZilphasHatpin · 12/03/2017 22:37

Please tell me the reference to brody means something. They can't tease us with that and do nothing with it can they?

intheknickersoftime · 12/03/2017 22:37

I agree zilphas, Rupert Friend has been brilliant in this episode.

ZilphasHatpin · 12/03/2017 22:38

They have to let Quinn get his dignity back. How will they do this? He has to save the day somehow.

Travelledtheworld · 12/03/2017 22:44

Another thrilling episode.
Makes my week, does Homeland.
(small, sad life)

Hassled · 12/03/2017 22:45

Quinn didn't spill the beans re actual bomber from house opposite - he did well. He knows Dar is Satan.

Carries Dad died, didn't he ?
Previously she always had him to help her out.
Now she is so terribly alone.

ZilphasHatpin · 12/03/2017 22:47

Yep her dad died. Quinn came to the funeral and nursed frannie on his knee. Was v cute. Then he and carried kissed and decided to run off together. Then didn't.

ZilphasHatpin · 12/03/2017 22:48

No mention of her sister this series.
