After watching worst tv of the 90's on five I was having a quick google of worse tv ever and one show universally panned was one I loved- called 'out of this world' 80's sitcom about a girl whose half alien and another one me and my sister remember but no one else about a ghost haunting a family that had moved into her house after she'd choked on a chicken bone.
What ransoms do you remember?

Break in the Sun. I remember reading the book at school then watching the tv series. I bought and re-read the book recently and it's about a girl whose stepfather is abusive so she runs away and tricks her way onto a boat with a group of actors travelling around the country. Her friend from school and the stepfather try and find her and the stepfather ends up repenting abusing her and promises to turn over a new leaf.

Can anyone remember a show on ch5 I think, mainly teenagers who had survived some sort of apocalypse - some very groovy hairstyles! I think it was in the 90s?

ispymincepie · 03/12/2016 21:26

Was coming on to say Round the Twist and Raggy Dolls but see they've been done. Anyone remember Sharky and George? Pretty sure I used to watch that early on a Saturday morning as a kid!

CaptainCallisto · 03/12/2016 21:37

Anyone remember Come Midnight Monday? It was an Australian series, based on a book, about a group of teenagers who set out to save the railway? We taped it when it was on CBBC and I watched it so many times I wore the video out...

WowserBowser · 03/12/2016 21:43
