So, Sophie Giroux returned pretending to be Alice Webster. DNA results on the body in the shed confirm she is related to Sam.

Baptiste has found out about Henry Reed and the Brigadier being involved with a 9 year old girl in Iraq in 1991. Henry Reed was paying this girls brother.

There are 3 girls in the rollercoaster photo, Sophie, Alice and possibly the girl from Iraq? She has that colouring.

Henry Reed apparently committed suicide although Julien told Daniel he didn't. Whatever Daniel found out about him made him sick.

Nadia has been badly beaten and her husband is still in prison after being identified by Sophie/Alice. Matthew was made to promise to say sorry to the butcher.

Sophie is now in Switzerland. As is the newly spray painted yellow campervan that abducted Alice. Gemma and Baptiste doubt the DNA results as they are still looking for answers 2 years after she returned.

Birds keep being mentioned. Sophie and Alice both had the Web tattoo on their wrists.

Glasses could have been kept as a memento, or just to mix up the belongings? Eg Lena had the bird necklace of RealAlice on the rollercoaster, and that went in the shed fire. Maybe as they didn't own stuff if they were kept together, or maybe to mix up the dna/evidence trail?

Does anyone think that Eve may be an abducted girl? And have no idea? She could have have been taken when she was young, hence why the Brig got flustered when talking about her birth.

We know that FakeAlice gave birth because the medics at the hospital noticed physical signs when they operated on her appendix. It wasn't just on her say-so (indeed at first she said "I don't know what you're talking about").

Young Girl looks about 4 or 5 in 2016 so born about 2011/12. Probably not long pre-rollercoaster.

Just apropos of nowt, the actress playing Ilsa isn't trans irl. She's really striking looking.

I think you're right. Eve is not the Brig's daughter but has been brought up to believe so. She was sick after Juliens accusation about her father because she may have buried memories which were triggered.

A really horrible thought, but what is press officer going to do to his daughter? HE kept repeating that she should have stayed upstairs. SHE'S a witness and he knows she will blurt out about her mummy in the basement.

Yes! LEna's body is in the shed and the DNA matched Sam so she is his daughter. I said before he had fathered the child that was in the shed and it wasn't Alice. The DNA from him not Gemma seemed too deliberate.

Yes, think you could be right, Eve's mother is never mentioned and funny how Brig 'couldn't remember' the details of Eve's Mum giving birth.

I also think there's something dodgy about Sophie's father. The mother committed suicide and Sophie didn't want to go home to her father.
I think she's helping the abductors as part of a deal to keep her daughter alive and Alice is looking after her.

Mintchoc yes I think that about Eve too, that's what I was trying to say further down the thread but got myself confused!

Maybe Sophie and army press man are now in a relationship (she's been brainwashed). Sophie's daughter is the girl in his house. Real Alice was in the shed. Sophie and Lena "escaped" to Switzerland but actually it was a plot between army guy and Sophie to make Lena think they'd escaped. Sophie then killed Lena and is burning her body and waiting for army press guy and daughter to join her?

Gemma believes the person who died in the shed fire isn't Alice because she is sure the girl who returned with appendicitis isn't Alice, it's Sophie. But what Gemma doesn't know is that Sophie is alive and well in Switzerland and someone else is in the shed. So I think it was Alice in the shed and the whole DNA thing is a red herring.
