Yay! thanks for all the thanks and the pumpkin. fiderer your DD sounds just like mine...except mine left her P.E. kit on the bus.
Multiple calls to the Fundbüro has not brought it back. It's gone like donkey Kong.
grouchy they just did a paso to that on DWTS last week. Bizarre timing. Does sound a bit Spanishy. I am awful though...I thought they had chosen it for a line "sometimes I feel a little man" Hmm (Terra is a little person) when the singer was in fact, singing "little mad". But I am so used to DWTS choosing songs/themes/props on that basis, I was all a bit eyerolly. Sasha has done very well this series with his choreography as many thought with the height difference/position in hold, it would be nigh on impossible. (They have done that a lot on DWTS: partnering the pros with partners who face certain challenges - Marlee, Amy, Noah, Nyle). SCD have had Cassidy but no celebrity contestant: I would love to see Adam Hills have a go if he was willing.

Re Lens replacement, didn't Brendan judge in NZ for a while?

KimmySchmidtsSmile · 26/10/2016 12:24

Yes he did so he would be fine but my heart belongs to Tony Beak ;-)
Unless they get Shirley Ballas. I love her.

plus I am holding on to Monkseal's statistic that no man has been eliminated on a rumba since series 8

How do you think that statistic will hold if Ed gets to do the rumba?

AlaskanSnow · 26/10/2016 12:46

Kimmy, how are you watching DWTS? I've been desperate to ever since it stopped being on Watch - sometimes I look on you tube, but you don't get to know who is good to watch that way.

ppeatfruit · 26/10/2016 12:50

elleanora Brendan is recovered! We saw him on ITT yesterday. Probably he needed a break from his partner Halloween Grin

2kids2dogsnosense · 26/10/2016 13:04

Kimmy

That dance was fab but the poor girl looked worried sick most of the time!

KimmySchmidtsSmile · 26/10/2016 13:12

Alaskan

If I am suffering from insomnia I watch it live streamed on YouTube.
If not, I look at wiki for the results, scores and eliminations and choose what to watch from there or watch all the clips back to back.
(Although I miss Tom if I do that and I love Tom).
Sometimes whole episodes are on YouTube but I cannot abide the glitter background/small screen/muted or distorted sound of those so tend to look around.

This poster has done a very high quality upload of whole episode but in chunks.

I think she then deletes and does the same the following week. Look under her videos as opposed to homepage.

This week was "eras" (eyeroll).

I want James to win.

no nonsense agreed although it might have been Terra's "paso face" Confused Grin she is usually very smiley. She had a c section 3 weeks before the show so I admire her for that alone, same as Ginger last year. The last thing I'd have been doing post baby would have been rigorous training.

Oh and for all those wondering what Artem would like in the 80s with a heavy rock vibe, look no further Grin
I can't stop laughing.

Thanks for that, it will fill the void.

Oh Artem Shock Grin

Fiderer · 26/10/2016 16:47

Kimmy "She had a c section 3 weeks before the show" - holy sequins Batdancer Shock

I could barely bend down for months.

StrictlyPan · 26/10/2016 17:12

C section?? 3 weeks later......is that even humanly possible?

StrictlyPan · 26/10/2016 17:14

In the film Prometheus Noomi Rapace was fighting fit about 3 hours after abdominal surgery. But that was sci-fi not RL.

emotionsecho · 26/10/2016 17:18

I'm actually rendered speechless by that Artem clipShock

DangerQuakeRhinoSnake · 26/10/2016 17:45

Making place Halloween Smile

I love reading all you lot's knowledgeable posts, I understand so much more because of you Flowers

KimmySchmidtsSmile · 26/10/2016 18:16

Terra gave birth Aug 1st...DWTS premiered 12th September (they danced on that) She said she had given birth three weeks previously before they started training and needed doctor's permission to take part, so would have started training towarfds the end of August? Staggering, really.
She did say each dance brought problems physically though and felt like she
had been hit by a car Shock

pan didn't your lovely Aliona pop out your kids in between half a dozen new yorkers?! (No, I am sure you are told rest five weeks after abdominal surgery. I had sink plunger jobs and was not up to doing much let alone dancing...not with milk stains, bleeding and baby tum).

3 weeks post c-section Halloween Shock

I am 5 weeks post c-section (also have a 2 yr old) and felt proud that I got us to play group this week.

KimmySchmidtsSmile · 26/10/2016 19:31

As you should be and congrats Flowers x

WHAT!

No wonder she looked worried. When I had a C-section it was about five months beforeI dared even sneeze in case my entrails all fell out.

I agree with you that she's doubly amazing.

MoonriseKingdom · 26/10/2016 19:55

Thanks kimmy.

Chatting about SCD is keeping me sane while not getting much sleep Grin

AxminsterCarpet · 26/10/2016 20:50

Was it Hallowe'en week when Helen from Call The Midwife danced as a mummy all bandaged up?

Was that only last year?

KimmySchmidtsSmile · 26/10/2016 20:51

Oh lovey, are you so sleep deprived you've tried to breastfeed the duvet yet?!
