yes, Tess still seems to comment on Claudia like she is her favourite doll. She is 18 and an Olympian. You don't get to be that by being a doll, or a child. The world of gymnastics is, I'm told, fairly rough and competitive. Am sure Claudia could handle herself.

I would like to see her kick tess in the shins next time she patronises her.

For some reason I thought Claudia was 16 not 18. I still don't think Giovanni would be a suitable partner for her though.

Vincent Simone would have been a great partner for Claudia. And he would have had the experience to resist all the 'teen' music that AJ and Claudia have been saddled with.

She's just turned 19, in October. Not sure who would be well partnered with Joe. Claire King perhaps.

I was amazed that Louise got 10's- then I watched Argentine Tango by Rachel Stevens and By Kara and Artem, both of which apparently scored the same. I was even more amazed- that flip off the table was so clumsy- bet they don't show that bit on Lens lens!

Well, couldn't watch last night, so just watched it on catch up. My thoughts
Music and dresses really good this week -
Best for me - Danny and Oti ( even though I don't like him) and Judge Rinder and Oksana
every one did pretty good I think
I am still enjoying Ed - she is one clever choreographer!
Claudia and AJ - greta dance, just miles too quick

As an aside I'm really pleased to see Anton has openly stated that his girlfriend is pregnant thanks to IVF. So many couples struggle with fertility issues (both my DD and current pregnancy are thanks to fertility assistance on the NHS) and the more that people in the public eye talk about their own problems the more "normal" it becomes.

Claudia is tiny, smiley and pretty but it's important to recall that has achieved so much in her career already. I doubt she enjoys being patronised by Tess. Likewise AJ - a successful dancer with a role on a top TV show, who deserves not to be treated like a 12 year old.

For the first week so far, I actively want Ed to progress to the next round, due to his commitment and improvement this week. He must have worked very hard, Katya too.

I've only just watched on catch up and am so glad the dresses and music were back to normal! Much more enjoyable this week

My thoughts;
Danny actually not that good for the first half, then the second half was electric. His feet have a tendency to sickle in though and he looked a bit hunched forwards so it wasn't a 10 for me
Daisy: fine but bit boring
Laura: painfully awkward to watch, she looked like an inflatable sex doll with her mouth in that O position all the way through. Not enough hips, not sexy at all
Judge Rinder and Ed: loved them both, i think Katya and Oksana are brilliant additions to the team as they're both actually teaching them to dance and giving them great choreography. I usually prefer watching the ones with some dance training but these two are so much more interesting than boring louise and Danny
Louise: actually loved it, I thought it was great. She still needs to have a bottle of wine or something before she goes on and let go.
Ore: boring, not enough salsa action, feel like he peaked too early with that jive
Greg: seems to have really worked on his bum and pigeon toes, liked it a lot plus the chemistry between them is electric
Claudia: my absolute favourite, I could watch her dance all day. Some gymnasts are terrible at dancing as they're so wooden and excessively powerful. I love that she can do pretty much any dance and think she was under marked with that. I agree that the cutesy songs and themes she's given is doing her a disservice. She needs a real man to dance with, I think she could be a winner.

I think Laura or Daisy to go but Ore or Danny could also be in the dance off. All safe, good dances but zzzzzzzzz boring

Afternoon everyone, I couldn't watch live last light, had to do some serious drinking catching up with a friend, so I've watched it through a bit of a fog today.

Well done Ed and Katya, she has been great with him
Rinder was very good
AJ and Claudia need to be treated like adults, they are very good dancers
Joe Varney is just a bloody show off
Hated Louise and Kevin, but that's nothing new
Have never liked Ore so don't care what happens to him
Love Oti, still can't take to Danny
Daisy didn't do too bad
Natalie can do no wrong in my eyes

This best AT I ever watched was Mark and Karen very closely followed by Kristina and Simon.

Just caught up. I have to say, I enjoyed it much more than last week. Loved Greg and Natalie's VW, and for the first time this series, I enjoyed Judge and Oksana - I'm with Craig on the gurning which was out of place in the quickstep, but there was still lots to like. Again, there were some unfortunate music choices, the worst for me being Daisy, Daisy. Was that the best they could manage? I think Ed's being really overmarked, and I wish he would get voted off - it's not just the principle of failed politicians re-inventing themselves as national treasures that I object to, but he's not very good, and although some week's he's been so bad it's funny, that's not the case this week. Enough's enough.

Len was irritating me with his 'don't have a go at me' when the audience haven't reacted at all. Is his hearing going?

Just watched last night's show. I agree with mornington Len was really annoying, defending himself against the audience when they hadn't even said anything. Made it all feel quite false imo.

I don't think you can necessarily hear whether the audience are whinging about a judge's comments though. They always mutter or boo whenever a judge says something critiCal.

Cavemum I just watched it-you are not wrong!

I would love to see Ed and Bob in the final.
