It is that time of the year when we get to enjoy watching a bunch of incompetent baffoons try an impress Lord Suranal, whilst we laugh and mock them from our sofa's.

I am reading all of their quotes in this morning's Metro and I already want to slap each and every one of them.

How did I miss this thread? I have only been watching The Appr notice for a couple of years, and I am kicking myself for missing all the earlier series. It is so entertaining to watch! All those egos fighting for supremacy, whilst losing jeans, failing to meet deadlines, underpricing product, pissing off customers and backstabbing the competition!

I have actually made sweets, so I was looking forward to this week, and I was not disappointed. Salt and vinegar fudge? Madness.

I would have made honeycomb, and chocolate fudge - though the fudge I recipe my mum uses, from the Penguin cookbook) has a grainy, sugar crystal texture, more like Scottish tablet, rather than a chewy texture - but it is delicious, and sells like hotcakes.

I am not sure the right person went this week - but Suralan was spot on last week - Natalie's sneery expression enraged me from the very beginning.

Yes that's him SDTG ......similar mannerisms too don't you think? I will watch You're fired over the weekend. They always come across more natural and likeable when they've dropped their boardroom persona.
