It is that time of the year when we get to enjoy watching a bunch of incompetent baffoons try an impress Lord Suranal, whilst we laugh and mock them from our sofa's.

I am reading all of their quotes in this morning's Metro and I already want to slap each and every one of them.

On behalf of Glasgow, I'd like to apologise for Natalie. We're not all like that honest, and don't let her put you off visiting.

This week was a bloody shambles. Jessica was awful, Karthik was worse. Mackay was ineffective.

I only watch the Apprentice as it's such a good reminder why I'm self-employed and work for myself with no colleagues.

Just watched YF on catchup on the basis of last night's sacking. I thought surely she'd shine on the show, but as a Scot from a notorious housing estate in Edinburgh, she made me cringe in a big way. It was like looking at my extended family. Thank goodness my poor parents continually pulled us up in order to eradicate those infuriating word whiskers. When someone interjects their speech with "like" & y'know" etc. I stop listening & start to keep a score on how often it's repeated.

She epitomised everything that I find cringeworthy about people who's lights are on but nobody's home attitude; whilst they're personally under the impression they're being impressive.

To begin with I found her naivety refreshing. Then just dim. I was embarrased for her. I'm sure she's successful at her chosen career. But to admit you've never watched or even knew the premise of the show. Well, I was speechless. She'd have done herself more favours just keeping quiet.

I've just watched on catchup. Despite her breathtaking stupidity, I actually felt a bit sorry for her too when la Brady laid into her...after all, she's a hairdresser, her business plan is to expand her business, so it makes some sort of sense that she used her talents to make the girls look presentable for the camera shots?( mind you, her own dyed blonde job wasn't so great tho. That flat all-over colour's never a good look, I reckon..)

I fancy Rhod Gilbert! And I am not even ashamed. I just can't help but love his grumpy old man attitude- I imagine both of us sitting in front of the TV and just bitching our little hearts off about everything. I also kinda fancy Dara, and he is just like a giant potatoe, but there is something about him that makes him very attractive.

This lot really are the most incompetent group they've had so far. Not one seems redeeming in any marketing/business integrity. That Harpic or whatever he is called is blatently going to be the controversial one who will not be sacked until the last 4 in order to keep viewing figures up.

I used to love the apprentice but I just can't watch it any more. It's become a dumb, uninspired, barrel-scraping parody of itself and it's embarrassing.

I can see people going for the cardboard tube thing with the jeans in and I don't think Unclaimed is such a bad name. It's better than Guess? which I think is cheesy and creepy but seems to be doing okay.
