I'm a bit put off by the contact lenses Jenna Coleman is wearing in her role as queen Victoria.

Enjoying it so far though.

I'm enjoying it so far. I've got two retested in the Royals through endless horrible Histories all through the summer Does it seem overly cgi'd to you? It's putting me off a bit!

It's a bit slow and lacking a bit of context, but I like how it reflects a very claustrophobic atmosphere.

I'm quite liking my Lord Melbourne.

I lasted five minutes. Drivel.

I really enjoyed Emily Blunt in 'The Young Victoria' film. It sets out a bit backstory than this has so far.

Oh yeah, ITV. It's not the 80s anymore, is it?

Nice to see Rufus Sewell playing a nice guy for a change.

Why do we need to see the below stairs servants? This isn't Downton Abbey ffs. They are not relevant at all.

My first thought was channel 3 too Red.

Till I noticed the itv logo in the corner of the screen.

I read Jean Plaidy's The Queen and Lord M years ago. So far it's very similar, apart from the downstairs bits.

Too much CGI but I do like Nell Hudson as the maid.

Im not that interested in the below stairs either. But then I found most of the below stairs Downton shenanigans dull too!

It was bad enough having the lovely Paul Bethany as Lord M in the otherwise great film Young Victoria, but Rufus Sewell! Lord M was old and stout. Ridiculous.

I have it on but it's - er - a bit shit.

I am enjoying it, from what I know of Victoria it is pretty accurate.

The CGI is terrible. Completely overdone. Prefer the film 'the young Victoria' less drama and much more factual.

I just thought the same about the CGI
