So delighted that the badminton guys got the bronze. Loved the interview where langridge basically said 'I'm not the best player but I work hard and we work well together, and look where it's got me!' Such a positive message for kids and so humble!

I love the fact that neither of the Brownlee's bothered with sunglasses - tough Yorkshire lads and cycling up those Yorkshire hills all their lives stood them in good stead.

Hmm Jonathan Edwards is being very slightly annoying going on about Alastair's mental edge and wanting it more than Jonny. Alastair talked about endurance and they look slightly different body types, Jonny looks more muscled and probably hammers his brother in training when they do each discipline separately, Alastair is more skinny stamina type.
