What on earth was the point of Brad and Toadie bonding over watching the Olympic aquatics events without even so much as a nod to poor, tragic Josh?! You'd have thought the supposedly incredible coach Brad would have paused for thought while watching the swimming? Or even mentioned Brodie, Hudson or any of the other aspiring championship swimmers we are meant to have cared about in recent years. I can never look at an Aussie swimmer without thinking of Josh!

They are so over Josh. He could have at least said "Josh would have loved this" but I think the level of writing in Neighbours (which is one reason why I love it) would find it too tricky to go from sad to happy in one scene.

I've just caught up after a few days away. So much Paige rage. It really winds me up that no one seems to care about poor Piper! Madison was on her side a bit but seems to have disappeared again.

I also don't understand why Ellie's ex transferred the money to her. What was it for?

Why is Terese's office (why is it now an office?) open for anyone to use or is she letting anyone use? Does she not have confidential documents on that bookshelf?

At least she's got an office now so hopefully we'll see less of Therese the alcoholic holding business meetings in the pub.

She's only been in it the last 2 days. Her mum is in hospital and Jack is helping look after her in the day. I was disappointed with the comedy value. We are definitely missing a local competition/awkward interpretation of a situation/hidden job plot line

Agree the superhero thing was lame and cringey. The girl is just a younger version of Sonya's super annoying half-sister (who has been totally forgotten about). And why is Father Jack looking after her all the time? He's only just moved there so it's not like her mum would have known him.

Yeah blonde hair, I think we're meant to assume it Lauren's just as we're meant to assume old man Clive is the one doing the threats. I doubt either are though.

I am sooo behind with neighbours and just catching up slowly. I'm on the episode where Lucy comes to erinsborough and have been wondering why she is in charge of selling the hotel when the quill group bought the hotel from Paul? Does anyone know? It's really bugging me. Surely the quills wouldn't have kept Paul's sister on when they were so eager to distance themselves from him, even going so far as threatening to fire Terese if she remained friends with him. If anyone knows the answer to this I'd be grateful if you could tell me! It just doesn't make sense to me!

I had to laugh when Fr Jack was suddenly minding the child, I mean what about vetting or actual foster carers? Also poor Piper, she's had such a tough time and no one cares, Brad and Therese are equally self centred and Paige is the most selfish sister ever. I love the way they've all forgotten about Josh, and Imogen for that matter!

Exactly Tyrion - I, too am confused about the lax care arrangements for the small child, especially as the foster people were all over Amy and Kyle when Sheila was ill re Xanthe...! I'm sure she'll end up chez Kennedy with every other child in Erinsborough if she's to be a regular feature!

In fairness they were only all over the Xanthe situation because Kyle reported it and wanted to get rid of her for half an episode. No one seems concerned unless something is reported.

Just on that scene with Piper she was completely out acted, and this is neighbours... Isn't she a blogger or something irl? Trying to be trendy hiring her or something
