Catching the tail end of it .... DD pinched DS 'accidentally', so her punishment is that DH has to put her to bed instead of me. Result!!! Just need them to dogma rerun of who is in it .......

Very true pixie. At least Kristina isn't in it this year - I saw somewhere that she'd just had a baby. Mind you, the guy she's with was previously married I think. She had an affair with him if memory serves me right. Ben Cohen?

Well, SCD is looking good - can't wait for it to start.

Very confused Casualty trailer is using OG music - the soundtrack music crops up so often on so many programmes/adverts now.

Missed the start, but managed to catch most of it. I think Tameka is going to be such a laugh and I think she will do well seeing she is in EE, love the Judge too. It was obvious who Anton was going to get partnered with though. Roll on the 23rd.

Rhu Poldark and Demelza were on with Sarah Cox yesterday (standing in for Chris Evans). She did say it wasn't her natural hair colour.

Talking of the radio, do we think OG stars may be on any radio (or TV for that matter) chat shows?

I think LT did the one show and this morning for the last series, so they will most likely be appearing on something.

What dreadful weather we've had here today. What's it been like for everyone else? I picked my friend up and we were driving to the Nantwich food festival but less than halfway there and the motorway signs were flashing and it would have meant almost an extra hour on the journey (it would normally take an hour at the very most) so we abandoned our plans and went shopping for the day instead. Half of the food festival is outside anyway and it has absolutely not stopped raining the entire day. We made up for it by having a lovely lunch and looking at the dregs of the sales everywhere.

I think we drove up with the rain today ilove, it barely stopped all the way home. Back now, promised to watch strictly with DS tomorrow morning.

Settling down to SCD with DS. So far it's as camp as a row of pink tents.

With no Tristan I'm wondering which pro to ogle favour this year. I was thinking Kevin, but I seem to remember he was a bit of a wanker. I really have the memory of a goldfish when it comes to strictly.

Quick update on my mum

Radiotherapy has finished. Off chemotherapy for 4 weeks. Having brain scan in 4 weeks to see if tumour has shrunk. Will be back on the chemotherapy in 4 weeks. I'm guessing that realistically that they are managing mums cancer and that I probably have a year at most.

I was over the moon to get to go to screening on Thursday. It really face me something to be excited about and was the boost I needed. No one will take that away from me.

Times like this are really tough ice and you wonder how you get through them but somehow you just do.

On the subject of OG, when I was out with my friend yesterday, she started telling me about Poldark and Cold Feet. Stuff she'd read in OK! and Hello magazines no doubt. I was waiting for her to mention OG but it never came up. She's maybe realised at long last that I am an expert whereas she's only at intermediate level!

Off to my nieces daughters christening today and it's just started to drizzle with rain, which is typical. Had the MIL staying over last night and now driving me mad. Must remember to breath and drink prosecco!
