Ok, so who is the baby daddy?

OP posts:
absolutelynotfabulous · 25/09/2016 17:45

I think he's hotBlush.

theliverpoolone · 25/09/2016 18:23

He's always looked younger than Yasmeen - but not that young Grin. Quite fortuitous really that this crap storyline came about, as it does give them an easy way of writing him out pretty quickly. Would have been harder had he remained the devoted family man.

cherrytree63 · 25/09/2016 21:13

Why was Izzy wearing Captain Kirk's top on Friday? Hmm

Redglitter · 25/09/2016 23:38

Now 60 is much more plausible

AnneEyhtMeyer · 26/09/2016 00:37

I lost this thread somehow - knew you would all be laughing at Sharif being 45!

Stillwaitingforthesummer2come · 26/09/2016 07:17

Are you serious absolutely?

absolutelynotfabulous · 26/09/2016 07:50

Yes, still. Grin. At 60, he's only 3 years older than me....

HyacinthBouquetNo1 · 26/09/2016 10:24

yes, I also commented to DH about Izzy wearing a Star Trek topGrin

Housewife2010 · 26/09/2016 20:23

The DM have another article about him on their site. They're still convinced he's 45. I think I will let the DM choose my age in future!

eddiemairswife · 27/09/2016 10:38

People are now complaining that he is still appearing, even though he has been sacked! Don't they realise that episodes are recorded about 6 weeks in advance?

eddiemairswife · 27/09/2016 11:07

I think the writing is on the wall for Ozzie Sad.

absolutelynotfabulous · 27/09/2016 16:04

What's wrong with Ozzzie?

What's Sharif's love interest been in-she looks familiar.

eddiemairswife · 27/09/2016 17:31

According to Kirk Ozzie is very windy! In the spoiler I've read it says that Maria and Kirk are devastated when a close family member dies.

desperatehousewife21 · 28/09/2016 14:39

Def the dog, they've been mentioning him loads recently

TattyCat · 29/09/2016 01:34

I think Caz has poisoned Ozzy.

eddiemairswife · 29/09/2016 10:38

So another storyline about someone leaving the street 'for ever', and immediately returning. Exactly like Michelle going on the cruise, and Leanne and Simon going to Liverpool. Is this an in-joke among the writers, or just a lack of imagination?

NuggetofPurestGreen · 29/09/2016 18:34

absolutely she was in Eastenders years ago as Mina, Gita's sister - she had an affair with Gita'a husband Sanjay.

BlackDoglet · 29/09/2016 19:16

Just noticed its on tonight - Thursday - not sure why??

absolutelynotfabulous · 29/09/2016 19:30

Thanks nugget; I remember now. shows age.

stonecircle · 29/09/2016 20:34

Oh dear -Ozzy's not a very good actor is he? He's looking far too perky whilst Maria's sobbing into his neck Wink

Housewife2010 · 29/09/2016 22:30

I thought Caz's acting was terrible. She makes Maria (who I never think much of) seem like Judi Dench . My 9 year old was very impressed with Ozzy and told me that "the dog is a very good actor".

stonecircle · 29/09/2016 23:19

It was just bizarre. A diagnosis of cancer one day and euthanasia the next. Despite the fact that he still had a hearty appetite, was very mobile and didn't seem to be in any pain. I know dogs can't act but how the humans kept straight faces is beyond me.

Ozzy has barely made an appearance in recent years - I can't understand the significance of so much focus on his demise. Why not just have Maria wake up one morning and find he's died in his sleep Confused

mollie123 · 30/09/2016 07:46

Ozzie - poor though he was - outacted the others in 'his' scenes. Normally any storyline about doggies and their illness and ultimate demise would have me re-living (and being teary) when I have had to have a beloved dog pts. But this left me cold and the tears shed by the actors saying things like 'I could not possibly be with my dog when he is pts (although I have ignored him for the last 8 years)' was laughable.
Hmm

stonecircle · 30/09/2016 08:08

I cried - tears of laughter! And I have a 9 year old black lab too. It was just so badly done.
