Shaun answered Todd's phone (conveniently left in bar). It was the bishop asking for a Mr Harrison (?) to give him an update on his complaint that the vicar was living with his boyfriend at the vicarage. Shaun put 2+2 together and guessed that Todd had made complaint to bishop himself under a false name. Shaun got Billy to check Todd's phone to see if he had made an outgoing call to the bishop on the day complaint was made - he had. Billy then dumped Todd.

Phew, that took longer to write than it did to broadcast!

So, had Todd become a baddie again or is he only playing along with Phelan to catch him out??

Why on earth did Kathy ask Yasmeen to drive her to Alex's father's when there is a taxi firm practically next door. Actually I know the answer...... It was so that Sonia and Sharif(?) could have sex and to arouse Aliya's suspicion when she saw them in the kitchen. Though I'm sure the scriptwriters could have found a more subtle way of doing it.

It'll end in someone dying and Alex's money getting lost- similar story like in Emmerdale at the moment- too many property developers.

The also need to research affordable housing as it doesn't just mean Phelan decides Alex can have a flat.

Does Alex work? Have an income? Has he seen a mortgage advisor? Or am I missing something where he would just give Phelan £15k because he doesn't want to live at Roys. No contract nothing

I'm so disappointed tonight to see Sharif and that Sonia having sex in his and Yasmeen's bed and THEN laughing at Yasmeen's ornaments. I know it's not real but I thought he was this nice middle aged grandad who loved his wife and kept chickens. Why do they have to make everyone into a philanderer and rub salt into it to boot. I suppose it depends on what his already-filmed scenes contain. They obviously can't construct a scenario where his wife chucks him out, but could have him suddenly run off with his mistress. Or just goes missing, never to be seen again?

If you are gonna lie about your age, at least be realistic and take a FEW years off, not 25! haha

I have read his real date of birth is 1941.

If it is 1941 then he's 75 if I've done my sums right . I don't think he looks that old! But probably more likely than 45, which is nonsense, but widely quoted.
