I tape the 2am showing and watch it at breakfast time.

Showing my age by saying I 'tape' it aren't I? 😏

I really hope it's brilliant. Though how are we supposed to cope for the next ten months until it come back??!! Have they confirmed that the next two seasons are only 7 and 6 episodes yet?

YesThisIsMe · 26/06/2016 14:20

First thing tomorrow morning. I was scared I was going to have to get up crazy early because of longer episode, but DD has to be off out to school early tomorrow, which means I can watch from 6:30 to 7, and then 7:45 to 8:30.

OlennasWimple · 26/06/2016 15:13

I'll be watching it live too - and without adverts so will finish it first Grin

I found this helpful re what the White Walkers are, the Night King etc

EverySongbirdSays · 26/06/2016 15:18

How are you watching it Live and Without Adverts? Mind how you go on the thread if there's a SHOCKER!

Middleoftheroad · 26/06/2016 15:27

Found out on Fri I have a Cersei (biatch) of a day at work tomorrow so am undecided if I am watching at 2 or 6..... mind, last time I aimed for 6 I couldn't sleep for exciterment so you may still see me Every will chill the wine just in case. Sensible me should watch it at 6...but HS me (fanatical) may override.....

UmbongoUnchained · 26/06/2016 15:40

I'm debating wether to stay up... Not sure.

OlennasWimple · 26/06/2016 15:44

I will, Every, promise! Will probably watch it through before commenting, but will wait for a UK poster or two to tell me when it's over (do you know the rough time, anyone?)

EverySongbirdSays · 26/06/2016 16:16

Starts at 2am ends at 3.20am

Adverts inclusive. So we shouldn't be that different Confused

NeedACleverNN · 26/06/2016 16:47

How are you managing that Olenna?

EverySongbirdSays · 26/06/2016 16:49

Assuming she's American NN - at least we solved your issue RE Subtitles
how fast will you get to it?

NeedACleverNN · 26/06/2016 16:53

When Dd has gone to nursery and ds has gone for a nap. Dh wants to watch it before work (he starts at 2). So should be able to watch about 10am. Excited doesn't cover it!

OlennasWimple · 26/06/2016 16:54

I'm a Brit but living in the US atm. The full program is 68 mins long on HBO, but the closing titles are s couple of mins Smile so I reckon I'll be finished about 3.05am UK time

NeedACleverNN · 26/06/2016 16:56

Ah ok

CaitAgusMadra · 26/06/2016 17:01

I have recorded and watched them all first thing Monday morning after DS1 has left. However I'm on maternity leave and have a KIT day tomorrow. WTF was I thinking? I'll actually need to think for the first time in months so 2am is not a runner either.

Not sure I should admit this but in my haste to watch last Monday morning I forgot to give the baby breakfast before his nap Blush. In my defence he'd had a huge feed and never takes more than a couple spoonfuls at the best of times

That's one for aibu Cait

AIBU because I forgot to feed my baby because of Game Of Thrones?

Can you imagine the reaction? Grin

ItsyBitsyBikini · 26/06/2016 17:32

I normally just read these threads but I'm thinking I might have to watch it once dp has gone to work, feign ignorance and watch it again tomorrow night Grin

MustStopAndThinkBeforePosting · 26/06/2016 18:09

Greyscale cure suggestion: am I right that it is restricted to Jorah's right arm? I wonder whether amputation, possibly with a Valerian Steel sword, might be the best plan? A bit drastic obviously but living with one arm (which Jamie seems to be coping with) is probably better than the fate that awaits him without a cure.

JsOtherHalf · 26/06/2016 18:20

DH has pointed out that England are playing tomorrow evening. I can't stay up too late, so it looks like Tuesday at the earliest for us to see it.

TheNorthRemembers · 26/06/2016 18:32

My family let me watch it at 7pm before the game last Monday. I must have looked miserable for them to let me do it.

CarlGrimesMissingEye · 26/06/2016 18:36

I'll watch tomorrow morning when the little one naps and his sister is distracted by iPad Blush

EverySongbirdSays · 26/06/2016 18:48

I'm going to suffer so much tomorrow from lack of sleep, I've been struggling all weekend. I'll be like a Zombie! I'm glad the Mondays will be over - I usually recover by the weekend and then it starts again. I'm a masochist.

LadyStarkOfWinterfell · 26/06/2016 18:48

I'll definitely watch it tomorrow morning but not live. It may be at 4am if I wake up then!
