Re-reading the first book at the moment - so many hints and foreshadowing when you know what happens!
I do feel that the Starks are vitally important with regards to the fight against the white walkers- 'there must always be a Stark in Winterfell' and 'the North remembers' seem important. Although I think in the latter case, there is a lot which the North has forgotten (apart from Old Nan).

If Sansa is pregnant she can have a chat with little Lyanna Mormont and learn how to make that baby be a Stark.

There's no way that a hasty wedding now could unBolton the baby - everyone would still be super suspicious. (as with book-Jeyne-Westerling - she can't remarry for 2 years so that there's no chance that anyone might think she had had Robb's baby)

Show North seems to have forgotten about the Starks in a few years and they ruled for thousands of years. Call me a cynic, but forgetting about Ramsay will not be a problem.

This week has gone so quick! 2 days to go!

Yeh half the cast of Skins are in it. Well 2 I think.....I like seeing Lysa Meryn and Jeorah? Mormont on Thronescast and finding out they're Scottish and Irish and then theres Iowan and that they pull off a fantastic English accent - much better than mine!

Although I seem to remember Sansa walking up a lot of stairs to the throne(?) where Joffrey was sitting when she about to marry Tyrion.

Not sure if anyone has seen this, the actor who plays Davos has commented on what's coming up on the final episode

"For a couple of seasons, we’ve built up to episode nine. We have this huge episode nine, and then going into episode 10, we see where we are for the season, and we start setting up the next season. It’s going to be a little bit different this time. You can certainly say there are going to be some surprises in the next episode."

Doesn't tell us much but it's getting me excited. The episode director has said "people die". Anyone want to speculate on who "people" might be. I think Melisandre and I'm hoping Walder Frey.

I'd like to see melisandre gone but I think they'll keep her around for a while longer.

I'm hoping cersei goes nuts, but I'd like to see margeary get one over on the HS.

I'd also like to see the hound fall in love, get naked and then live happily ever after with me

No I think the High Sparrow has more to give. I want to know more about him, and his fascinating tactical battles with Marjery and Olenna.

Watching again. Just noticed Sansa had actually ridden off when Ramsey said his dogs hadn't eaten for 7 days...

His sections just drag, and the Tommen kid, alas, is the worst actor on the show in a way that's a bit cringe because everyone else is so believeable and good. (IMO, am i wrong?)

I don't give a rats about how many pairs of shoes Jonathan Pryce cobbled - I want the HS to do his own walk of shame.

• to flay him (but not to death)

• to set his dogs on him

• to tell Sansa where he was being held and that the dogs were primed

I reckon at some point in that process she picked up that the dogs hadn't been fed for days

She said to Ramsey "the dogs havent eaten for 7 days, you saidso yourself "(or sthg similar) which made it sound like she had heard first hand. But maybe somebody repeated it.

I don't want another delicious villain to die so want Cersei to prevail. Want The Hound in the game too - he had a soft spot for Sansa (if you overlook the odd beating at Joff's command) so would be interesting to see them 'reunite' though guessing he's not too happy with Brienne....
Want Littlefinger to stay too. I like watching the plotters and schemers - just not Holier than though HS.

I don't Sansa and co flayed Ramsay. He looked bloodied and his hands were ok until the dogs got at him. I think the point was he was flayed by his own dogs.

Why would the Starks flay Ramsay? It's not their style. Sansa might have for personal reasons but she didn't.

You're right: I've just re-watched the last episode, and what I thought were flayed hands were actually just very very bloody

I watched a vid last night that said :

Tommen is Edward Tudor
Cersei is Lady Jane Grey
Margaery Tyrell is Mary Tudor
Sansa is Elizabeth I

I only haven't posted because I don't agree. Daenerys is Elizabeth I

I think they only said Sansa because ginger.

But that's the way the throne will go. And Marj will burn Faith Militant the way Mary Tudor burned protestants.
