My recollection is that Bran/Gilly/Baby met Bran but Sam has not seen Jon in the books yet to tell him this, or has seen him and not told him.

I'm confused now

EverySongbirdSays · 11/05/2016 19:41

Sam/Gilly/Baby even!!!!!!!!!!

Jeepers My mistake, I did not realise Arya knew what the coin meant in the show. I shall have to read up on the first few seasons.

Gasp0de I'd love to see the Manderlys and the Freypie.

NuggetofPurestGreen · 11/05/2016 20:20

I'm confused too. Doesn't Ghost save Bran in the book? Or is that the show? Or have I imagined it?

NuggetofPurestGreen · 11/05/2016 20:27

Just checked the wiki and Jon knows about Bran in the show.

NuggetofPurestGreen · 11/05/2016 20:34

And now have checked the book and Sam promised not to tell anyone about Bran so he couldn't tell Jon.

JeepersMcoy · 11/05/2016 21:22

You have all completely lost me with the who knows about who discussion. I think I am more confused than when we started :o

gingercat12 · 11/05/2016 21:24

I think in the book Summer saved Jon.

Now I'll go and find a good GNC name to name-change.

EverySongbirdSays · 11/05/2016 21:44

Jeepers my post about who knows about who is accurate apart from I got book vs show wrong on Bran and Jon

Don't blame us! Blame Benioff and Weiss for fucking about with that which need not be fucked about with.

RICKON WOULD BE SAFE ON SKAGOS IF NOT FOR THOSE BASTARDS

not that I'm raging and refusing to accept it or anything, perish the thought

ILikeToClean · 11/05/2016 21:49

I hope the Radio Times is right in their speculation about Rickon, Shaggy and the Umbers and Manderleys!

TheNorthRemembers · 11/05/2016 21:53

I name changed for the easiest thing I could think about the GNC. Wylla's speech was too long for a username.

EverySongbirdSays · 11/05/2016 22:00

What is GNC???

OP posts:
TheNorthRemembers · 11/05/2016 22:01

So the next episode is Book of the Stranger. Who will die? Or will it just generally about death?

TheNorthRemembers · 11/05/2016 22:08

Great Northern Conspiracy. It is a theory by book readers that several Northern houses are planning and actively working to overthrow the Boltons and sit a Stark on the throne again. Some of them are plotting openly (for the readers), but others might also be involved. The whole of aristocracy of the North is in Winterfell for Ramsay's wedding in the books, so it is like a country house murder plot. Everyone is a suspect.

EverySongbirdSays · 11/05/2016 22:19

Ooooo i didnt know it had a name.

Oh that makes me so much happier that it's an actually established theory.

IDEA :

Jon's banners go up against Ramsey's banners.

Ramsey's entire side surrenders and crosses the battlefield to Jon Grin

Ramsey has become so confident in himself he's forgotten how easily he'd be destroyed without allies. It's not as if even his own house has any love for him.

It'd be a cracking visual.

And then Rickon or Jon could behead him.

They gave him a wolf's head. But it wasn't any bigger, I thought, than average. Ramsey will never have seen a direwolf

OP posts:
SausageSmuggler · 11/05/2016 23:02

I thought the wolf head looked far too small so I'm leaning towards the GNC theory.

I need to get on the Wiki - I keep getting really confused with names and places Confused I'm stealing Jorah the explorer

emilybohemia · 11/05/2016 23:48

I thought it might not be a direwolf's head too, sausage.

SausageSmuggler · 12/05/2016 07:03

I hope Ramsay comes to a sticky end soon. He's become pretty one dimensional and isn't even someone you love to hate anymore. I'd love him to be pleading at the end but he's such a fruit loop I think he'll die with a smile on his face and no regrets.

weirdsister · 12/05/2016 08:36

EverySongbirdSays - that would be awesome!

I also think that it wasn't shaggydog's head.
Ramsey should be killed by shaggydog and ghost while his hounds sit and whimper . And possibly Amyeria could show up for the event.

NuggetofPurestGreen · 12/05/2016 08:43

Yeah I thought Roose had killed Ramsay and was delighted. Tired of him now. It's no good when you know he's capable of anything. No shock value any more it's just inevitable that he'll murder/torture - line with the little brother.

weirdsister · 12/05/2016 08:44

Maybe Theon and his sister will run into Jon as well.
Theon's sister is awesome - she'll want to rip Ramsey apart herself.

I'm just beginning to read book 1 and Bran knows all the nooks and crannies of Winterfell having played there as a child. Presumably Rickon does too.

Perhaps he could help to outsmart Ramsey with that knowledge.

TheNorthRemembers · 12/05/2016 08:51

In the show did any of the old servants survive in Winterfell to help Rickon?

I love all the theories where Ramsay gets his just desserts.

WeDoNotSow · 12/05/2016 09:33

Robb's will, Jons watch ending, GNC, Northern Accent needed for 'stirring speeches'
Things are looking up

CaptainWarbeck · 12/05/2016 11:17

That Radio Times link was great!

What's this about Robb's will??

NickyEds · 12/05/2016 11:49

I think there are surviving servants thenorth, didn't an old woman try and help Sansa though? And Ramsay had her flayed? I have a vague recollection but if I'm right then that would put the off helping I should think.
