I've been enjoying the one where kids talk about past lives. My DS constantly talks about his 'other mummy' so I'm glad others do as well. (His other mummy sometimes lives on Venus, and sometimes it's my friend, and other times it's just that she gives him sweets all the time).

(He also says some freaky stuff about his other mummy but they aren't as funny as living on Venus)

pix, that's really cool ... Is his 'other mummy' the same person all the time, or different people? I've never heard of that before.

DS has a pretty consistent story of when he lived with other mummy and how he died and then 'shrank' and became a baby again.

6yo used to tell us about when he lived in another house. And a man he used to see at the top of our stairs....

He also spoke about another little boy called JoJo who lived in the house at the end of our street. He used to come and play in our house

I'm not quite sure if it's imagined or not but does make you go .... OK, bit freaky that

If this thread is anything to go by, I'd say we all struggle with imaginary friends and what we'd like them to do to us Certain low slung captains standing on ladders or cooking tea naked ring any bells?

I do like the idea of pixlet being from another planet in his other life, however. Makes a change from a Roman soldier or Napoleonic beggar a la Derek Acorah, bless him

Taped The Night Manager. I'll watch it tonight. Bizarrely I find Hugh Laurie sometimes attractive. TH is great in stuff I've seen him in. He totally reminds me of a posh boy but with a down to earth streak!

Thanks ladies for info re: twins starting school. I've spoken to the teacher to arrange a chat with her but she seems to think they'll be fine but I'm still not so sure. Its just with them bring prem babies and look so tiny for their age.

Unfortunately all my helpers are busy in the kitchen manoeuvring my plumbing and pummelling my floor pix , but don't be downhearted, you can while the time away chatting to those voices in your head til teatime, when I can let you have the two Ruperts to plaster your walls if you like

kel you won't be disappointed in Night Manager; TH is a very easy on the eye posh boy and HL is attractively evil

Sounds like TNM'll float my boat woof. That reminds me too that my walls could do with a good plastering. There's some dry cracks appearing from here to breakfast time
