I wish frankie was there.....
There's stuff everywhere with lucy. I'm not known for my minimalism but it's too much.
I do like the silver leaf though

Lucy's living room is too conventional and dull for the final.

Kelley Hoppen's frozen face is rather startling though.

Lucy's lightshade looks like my 4 year old made it. And I wouldn't let her use silver spray either.

The living room is ok. Looks very calming.

Don't like the colours in the bedroom.

Lucy's rooms are rather dull.

I dislike the lime and lilac too

I am very suspicious of just how.... normal... Lucy's rooms are. Especially as Sarah's are all out there.

He was dead right about that shocker of a lightshade. And yes, rather dull overall.

Oh, Sarah is clearly going to win. And they knew that from the start.

I do not like Sarah's living room. At all.

God I want to restore that mirror.

Sarah's is way ahead.

Sarah's lounge - sorry, drawing room - is elegant, it is pretty, it is not in keeping with the house.

Couldn't get less atmospheric than the original dining room, but I am not that impressed with the restyling. I love the gold colour, it's pretty much exactly what I want in my room.

Tell me this, why is there never enough stuffing in their cushions and upholstery?

I Loved Sarah's living and dining rooms and they do work with the house they are in.

I don't like either, both did better designs in previous properties.

Sarah's stuff just seems to be better quality with a better finish. I think she comes across as a bit aloof so, maybe, puts people off?. SHe'll win.

I think Sarah's been really selfish and arrogant with hers. Unless she's been stitched up, they are just so not what her homeowner asked for. It's just a vanity thing for her to 'push the boundaries' and win.

I wish Frankie had had a go with Sarah's brief, it would have been right up his street!

Well I think the right one won.

Now she just needs some more beige in her designs.

I think you'd get a better end result with Sarah, but you'd have to be incredibly firm and not let her brow beat you into what she wanted, as opposed to what you wanted.

My favourite thing tonight was the Cloud wallpaper that Lucy used. That room had great potential too.

I think previous series have been much better.

As a bit of an aside, Sheffield Park Gardens is an absolutely wonderful place.

Sarah's living room was hideous. And where would they sit!? I'd cry if that was mine - it was beautiful before!

I suspect the meddling hands of the producers with the brief not being conveyed properly. They were definitely trying to stir things up for Sarah in Wells and they were almost begging us to object to the colour half way through and I'm so bloody minded I decided to go against them and fully support her colour choice

I hated Sarah's bedroom and the drawing room. How can someone win when they haven't met the brief from the client, but have given them tacky animal prints instead?

Frankly, I wouldn't let either of them loose in my house.
