The wallpaper is heinous though

Why on earth would you be on this programme is you were as control freaky as that client? Unless it's all a set-up?

Do you think they've handed Sarah a handicap and didn't tell her the real brief?

I hate wallpapered ceilings. So tacky.

I like the cushions Sarah is making.

Lucy's dining room looks awful.

Oh god , poor Sarah. What a nightmare client.

Sarah is way more talented than Lucy, but Lucy's mediocre design might win just because she has an easier to please client. Sarah has a much better eye for colour and design even though her designs are on the bold side. Lucy has no idea for colour or layout.

Bird wallpaper is nice

Sarah's designs were awful. I can't believe how far off the brief she is.

You just can't do that in a house like that!!

On no! She ruined that beautiful fireplace by painting it red. There's too much red in general. And what's with that blue? Just why?

I disagree that Sarah's client's a nightmare. She gave a brief and it was totally ignored in preference for schemes that Sarah thought would be more likely to win. You only have to look at her and read her body language to see she hates virtually everything suggested. She did say she tried to go with the flow, but just couldn't.

Distressed dresser looks positively fucked off to me.

Lucy's room really is far too overdone.

I don't think she has the client from hell. I think she's just presented her with a modern monstrosity of a plan in a beautiful elegant house.
The brief said 'in keeping with the house.' If soneone did that in my house j don't think I'd be too pleased either..!

That bedroom is beautiful. I'm disappointed we don't get to see her full design.

I like that floral fabric. I hate everything else she has done to it.

God if anyone did that to any of my rooms I'd chase them out of town. I hate both of the rooms, but more especially everything in that cheap and tacky looking bedroom.

They've all lost the plot.

Both of those lightshades/chandeliers are hideous.

I love those dark green colours that Sarah is using.

You have no taste, Grouchy, everyone knows silver spray paint is the epitome of glam.

Sarah is the frontrunner for me so far. I'm not sure Hoppen will agree though.

Hoppen is unsure about the colour, lol.

I wonder if Kelly Hoppen has already said that she thinks Sarah is way ahead so they've created some obstacles for her?

I don't know about the wallpaper, I like it too though.

I need to see the greens because the fabric we were shown looked more like a deep jade colour to me, so I'm getting confused.

For finalists an awful lot of this looks very childish and amateur.
