That was great from Jay. I've got a feeling I'll be saying a lot of dances are great tonight.

Wonder if anyone will get 40 tonight. If Georgia does her Charleston well she could get 40 this time. Jay's quickstep looked good but to be honest I don't really like the music. I think it makes a bit difference. I did see Aliona slip a little bit.

Georgia's Charleston was one of my favourites rhu. I still watch the dance sometimes on You Tube.

I'm rooting for Georgia and looking forward to the Charleston too Kelly. I think Katie and Anton will do well but not sure if they will make the final three.

It must be an odd feeling watching your DH/DW or DP doing all those romantic routines with someone else even if it is all pretend - although being actors I suppose it's just par for the course.

Quick pop in to say hello while the kids are in the bath. Is it the final final today for SCD?

I dumped the kids today and got the rest of my Christmas presents sorted, phew! DH and I were arguing before we left the house, so I went on my own! Much easier and quicker, then spent half the day trying to get a new toilet seat from homebase (result, exchange without a receipt or box, Christmas spirit is alive and kicking in home base,thank you :) followed by a swift return to get a missing pack of screws and stuff!), oh the joys!!!

Hi Nickel yes it's the final and this time we get the results today - so it's a two-parter.

The judges were kind to them giving them a ballroom dance as their worst ones were latin but I guess they were unlikely to improve those!

Yey nickel on getting your presents sorted. I've just got to get my parents a tablet but its sold out in most places but I need to find out if they have WiFi first apparently??

Katie was good but don't think she'll be in the final three.

I liked Jay's showdance more than I thought I would. That was quite slick.

At my brother', he doesn't have a tv, so I'm missing out on the strictly final. Everyone has been drinking steadily all afternoon and I'm sober and just want to get home and drink all the wine

Sympathies Pixie. There's nothing worse than being the sober one around lots of other people when you don't feel like being with them.
