He was probably loving it mads. In my defence it was dark and I was half asleep. Smile

I wonder if BA is around your neck of the woods at the minute mads if he's gone home for his birthday after his party. Hmm

pixieg1rl · 18/11/2015 16:09

Apparently we have a chocolate emoji now Chocolate. I'm trying to eat less crap food, so I'll have to make do with that.

KellyHb · 18/11/2015 16:26

I saw that the other day pix. Its so cute (if an emoji can be cute)...

MaddieMoo82 · 18/11/2015 17:37

There is always hope kelly that I will be wandering around the fruit and veg aisle in the supermarket and I'll see BA fondling a his cucumber but it has yet to happen.

There is talk of a Xmas shopping trip to Exeter and BA stalking so you never know

KellyHb · 18/11/2015 18:52

I wouldn't mind seeing him fondle a couple of big juicy melons mads

preferably mine Wink

KellyHb · 18/11/2015 21:27

One of the girls who is in the Army who met MK the other week when she was pictured with TG in London, has just tweeted a picture of an Army magazine opened at a double page spread about MK doing one of her model poses. The header says Our Girl Hmm.

Ilovelblue · 18/11/2015 22:32

It's very quiet on here tonight.

Dreadful wind and hail again here - is everyone else suffering?

Where is orphan this week? I hope she's going to be ready for CJ at the weekend. If not, I fear I might have to keep him here a bit longer.

The desk move went well but I didn't realise exactly how much junk I had to shift. I guess it was a good enough reason to have a good sort out. I've been in that desk for nearly 13 years so there was plenty of rubbish to go through!

Dizzydots · 18/11/2015 22:56

Hope you took your swivel chair with you too ilove Grin
So MK can be in SA, Dubai and at home all at the same time .... she really is a miracle worker - still not endearing herself to me though (as OG).
Returned home via Extah, didn't spot any fondling of cucumbers, melons or anything else going on...Made me smile and wonder mads, what would you actually say to BA if you did come face to face with him and his very large cucumber?!

Ilovelblue · 18/11/2015 23:09

Dizzy CJ was in the office today with me and he had great fun with my swivel chair. Most of us have headsets too for various conference calls etc and he was such a poser - thoroughly enjoyed modelling it for his retinue of female fans. I've been having to shoo them all away!

Do you think we'd be tongue-tied if we met him?

MaddieMoo82 · 18/11/2015 23:30

Well dizzy Id love to say I would walk right up to him take his cucumber out if his hands ahem and drag him back to his car where I would play a starring role in a replay of kellys naughty FF. But realistically I wouldn't probably utter a word and would just stalk him round the supermarket trying to get a photo Blush
Oh by the way I wonder If he has his birthday card?!

KellyHb · 18/11/2015 23:52

Ditto dizzy re: not feeling endeared at MK. Did you have a nice time away?

I would write more but its freezing even though the heatings on so going to bed. Its so windy and rainy outside and we haven't got the best windows at keeping heat in. Shock

icemistOBE · 19/11/2015 07:33

Morning!

What a rotten few days weather wise!

Been doing my present shopping online and deciding what to buy various people. L wasn't well start of week so we've had a few unsettled nights. He's also having a hearing test as his speech is not good at all- we do t think it's an issue, but has to be ruled out before he can have speech therapy.

The article doesn't mention anything new, but is still great publicity for the new series. Am looking forward to it!

Really enjoying Cuffs too, spotted Miss Rafferty in it - only small part unless she pops up again.

Anyone watching I'm a celeb? Really enjoying it already

icemistOBE · 19/11/2015 07:34

A little something to brighten the morning Grin

Yes thank you kel. My parents are in Truro so we have every reason to try and get there as often as possible. Barney caused havoc with the weather but stormy seas were spectacular. Nice pics ice. Haven't seen any I'm a celeb yet, don't even know who's in it, but will be watching from today.

MaddieMoo82 · 19/11/2015 08:55

Ooh ice lovely pics - long fingers and headsets, lovely way to start the day Smile
Awww dizzy one of my hospital placements was at Truro at the Royal Cornwall so was there for about 6mths, glad you got back safely the weather has been horrible down this way, bit like everywhere at the mo Hmm

MaddieMoo82 · 19/11/2015 08:57

Oh and ice hope the hearing test goes ok, a really good friends daughter had speech and language therapy after having grommets put in and it really helped Flowers

pixieg1rl · 19/11/2015 09:10

Ahh, an eyeful of le bulge. What a lovely way to start the day (I know that's every day in woof's house, but we can't all be so lucky)

I have a meeting this morning with my manager to discuss work planning. As far as I'm concerned I'm booked up until about February. I wish stamping my feet and crying was a recognised negotiation technique.

Richtea19 · 19/11/2015 11:39

Lovely pictures this morning ice-. Both my two saw the speech "fairy" as she was named in our house. Eldest very slow to speak and little one has a lisp, we are all used to it now!

Horrid rainy day and I'm trying to get my head round Christmas shopping. So hard for teenage boys, what to put in their stockings from Father Christmas? Everything they have on their lists is about 40.00!!!! Think I will go down the toiletries, chocolate, socks and pants route!

Thought I spotted the raff last night in cuffs. Doesn't Brighton look nice in the sunshine.

DS back tonight, he's just texted me and promised me to be vigilant and sensible! Poor child I'll probably squeeze him to death when he comes home. The school have cancelled the French trip planes for next week for the GCSE French group.

Rhubarb01 · 19/11/2015 11:54

Hi all - been absent without leave for a while and consequently miles behind with everything that's been under discussion, so apologies. I've just been a bit too busy with lots of things and a bit lacklustre so haven't got around to joining in. Thanks for the comments on the FF everyone. I'm trying to finish all the remaining chapters so that I can conclude it in one go - so another reason for being absent. Work is continuing to be a case of part-time working practically full-time - don't get me started - but I have day off today as I have to use up my holiday but don't really want to do anything.

I'm getting my Christmas stuff together slowly. (Already nostalgic about all those stags, cakes, biscuits etc etc last year!!) I don't seem to have quite so many to buy for this year plus no more legions of primary school teachers and assistants to buy for. It does help a bit when the kids are older. My three have all said they don't really want anything for Christmas which is nice to know but difficult at the same time as they still obviously expect something but have given me no ideas. You can't win!

Anyway, I could spend my day being a really great housewife, cleaning, cooking and homemaking - nah! Think I'll just escape back to the past, more writing! See you all again soon.

pixieg1rl · 19/11/2015 12:05

Aww, rich, you can be like Smurf's mum and embarrass him when you go to pick him up. In a much smaller way I've had to do some letting go this week as DS has started going on the school bus. He's so tiny he can barely see through the window when he takes his seat. I stand there with a big grin on my face, waving goodbye, but inside I'm screaming my baby!

Glad to see you rhu. A day off to spend in your own fantasy world and write sounds bloody perfect. I do love this story, your Bella is wonderful.

Morning All!
Another grim and grey day here in the SW - home working is not what they crack it up to be, anyway have got distracted away from the work laptop onto my own, so now catching up on the last couple of days on here! Have to admit our work headsets don't quite have the same level of sex appeal as one on CJ!!

Lolas fantastic late night update on Molly was really welcome - I might not have littlies to keep me up but the menopause has the same effect!

ilove quick update on approx. time I need to get to you on Sat am to enable mid afternoon delivery to orph plus a weather report from your end would be helpful in vehicle selection. Tempted to just hijack him in the VW Transporter camper- the van of choice in the adventurous activities community - DS thinks for his first set of wheels he would like one - I was thinking KA or C1!!!

pix loving the Chocolate emoji add that to Cake Biscuit and Wine creates the perfectly balanced diet, can't see any problem there!! I call that preparation for my winter hibernation!!

BK28 · 19/11/2015 12:17

rhu great phrase there- bit lacklustre - sums it all up really well!
Think the change in weather and the grey doesn't help. It feels like we are in the down after a great high - celebrated one year and then now waiting to see if the future lives up to the hype - all a bit flat!
I have told all the rellies that I'm actually cancelling Christmas this year - the thought of having to make decisions of who to visit is above and beyond my current level of interest. Understand the what do you get teenage boys thing - we have just been and bought new walking boots for ours - box of haribo might be all that the stocking contains after that!

pix you will always be screaming that's my baby! Mine is seeking a placement year but has had no replies yet - I'm sitting here going it will be OK, it's early days yet. You just don't want them to be rejected!!

KellyHb · 19/11/2015 12:49

Afternoon all

Hi rhu. I was wondering how you were.

Had a busy morning doing more Xmas shopping but I only get a couple of hours before I've got to pick the boys up again. Normally a couple of hours shopping's enough until I get fed up but the shops were really quiet actually which was a nice surprise.

Aw bless your DS pix. I think I would find that quite emotional. I remember a similar scene in Forrest Gump when the son went to school on the bus for the first time. I was in bits after that scene. Sad

Bizarrely BK when you mentioned VW transporter van, the gym instructor bloke once said that's the vehicle BA drives when he's at home in Devon. Whether that's true or not's another thing. Confused

cjwoofwoof · 19/11/2015 13:25

Afternoon! Been a bit busy at Woof Manor lately so not been able to add my usual Confucianistic insight into the goings on of inside CJ's pants, but hopefully things have calmed down a bit now so I can continue pontificating.

Rich have you seen the advert for the new drama on Living starring Damien Scott from Strike Back? He's still looking mighty fine, think his RL name is Sullivan Stapleton, so I've already got that on my planner in light of the Foxy haitus now left on a Monday night. It's called Blindspot, starts Tuesday 9pm, and theres a lot riding on it as I often say
There's a distinct lack of male totty on TV lately (apart from the lush SAS boys of course but that's now finished, bah!). When is Poldark back? I'm definitely in need of a good ogle of AT and his very long scythe in light of OG Series 2 being so far off and possibly without BA.

KellyHb · 19/11/2015 13:41

I totally think BA will be back woof for S2. I would be very surprised if he's not.

I'm excited to see James Norton in BBC's War and Peace especially in his Russian military regalia looking smart. Im hoping there'll be some nakedness going on with him as well.
